Special Eligibility Criteria

   (a) The Tenderer must have supplied at least 01 no (one number) of Hydraulic Vertical Press (C- Frame Type)-100 Ton (or) Similar nature of machines in last 05 years (Five Years) to Indian Railways (or) any other Central (or) State Govt. organizations. (b) Documentary evidence i.e., Copies Purchase orders, Supply, Installation and successful Commissioning reports issued by the above organizations must be furnished along with their offer evidencing the execution of such purchase orders. The offers without the documentary evidence shall be rejected summarily. (c) Tenderers are advised to furnish clause wise comments for the technical specifications in their offer. If any deviation w.r.t the technical specifications, then the same to be clearly specified in the offer and submit the justification for the deviations. (d) The bidder has adequate plant and manufacturing capacity and has a %u2018Quality Assurance Programme%u201D. The information may please be furnished. The manufacturer shall have valid ISO 9001 certificate on the date of closing of Tender and a copy of same shall be submitted along with the bid. The air compressor shall be in the scope of ISO certificate. The tenderer must enclose a catalogue and detailed technical literature of the item offered. (e) In case of offer from firm other than Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), The Tenderer should enclose the valid authorization letter from OEM. (f) The Tenderer who are OEM, Should give undertaking for supply of spare parts for a period expected life of the machine. Other tenderer should submit undertaking from OEM for supply of spares parts for a period of expected life of machine.

   a) Security Deposit (SD) for Stores Contracts will be applicable as per tender conditions attached with this tender. (a) The Security Deposit amount shall be 5% of the value of the contract subject to Maximum of Rs. 50 lakhs. (b) There shall be no exemption from submission of Security Deposit (SD) for any tender or by any tenderer except exemptions as per tender conditions attached with this tender. (c) In case of failure by contractor to meet deliveries for any lot, Railways may cancel the contract for defaulted part by forfeiting SD commensurate to that lot. Wherever SD has been exempted, for any reason, and the supplier fails to supply goods as per conditions of contract, as amended from time to time, Purchaser shall have right to levy damages from the supplier for failing to comply with the contractual conditions, not by way of penalty, an amount equal to SD amount, as would have been applicable if the contract was with a non-exempted vendor.
