SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I [B/R Works]: M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on brick work or stone masonry walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 16mm thick grooved WPC perforated acoustic wall panels of size 192mm x 2440mm made with high density fibre WPC board having density more than 600 kg/cum, moisture, termite & borer proof as substrate with pre-laminated face of approved shade and balancing layer on the reverse side/other side.The WPC boards shall have a special perforation pattern where the visible surface (''Helmholtz'' fluted perforation of 03mm width & 13mm of visible panels / 03mm width & 23mm visible panels) as approved . The edges of the panels shall be ''Tongue and grooved'' to receive special clips/pet panel and channel for installation. The back of the perforated panels shall have fibre glass tissues or acoustic fleece. The panels shall be mounted on special aluminium spine using clips provided by manufacturer instructions and as approved. The thickness of glass fibre woo/polywool shall be 50 mm and of minimum density 1000 GSM fixed over 50mm GI studs & floor channels painted with a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including dismantling existing boarding any thickness with cover fillets complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

S & F for 12mm thick WPC ceiling panels of size 600mm x 600mm have holes on front face with dia of 8mm, 10mm & 12mm as approved with acoustic fleece on the back side thus providing excellent surface for sound absorption. The panels are laid on T-section(powder coated channel) and hangers made with high grade GI suspended from roof with all necessary fixing arrangements including dismantling existing boarding any thickness with cover fillets complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

S & F for 5 to 6mm thick WPC wall Louvers fluted type wall panels exterior grade (04 Nos flutedlouvers in each panel) for internal wall cladding and ceiling surfaces of size 200mm width and 2900mm overall length and overall flute thickness 25 mm with minimum density 1800kg/cum finshed with Co-extrusion WPC layer.The WPC Panels shall be moisture, termite & borer proof as susbstrate with pre-laminated face of approved shade fixed over 50 mm GI studs & floor channels painted with red oxide zinc chrome primer for Pet panel & channels over 50 mm thick poly fibre wool of density minimum 100GSM. The panels shall be mounted on special aluminium spine using clips provided by manufacturer instructions and as approved including dismantling existing boarding any thickness with cover fillets complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

S & F False ceiling with 8mm thick calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600mm x 600mm snap grid made of anodised aluminium frame work of sections as per manufacturers recommendations fixed with galvanised iron wire Hangers of 6 mm dia (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3mm of size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia and 40mm long and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint over two or more coats of wall care putty including dismantling existing ceiling of any description with frame work complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

S & F GI frame work for seamless false ceiling comprising of GI ultra perimeter channels of size 0.55mm thick with two unequal angle flanges of 20mm and 30mm and web of 27mm alongwith perimeter of ceiling, screws fixed to brick wall/partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws at 610mm centre to centre/ intermediate channels of size 45mm, 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each web of 45mm suspended from soffit at 1220mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners. Ultra ceiling section of 0.55mm thick having kurled web of 51.5mm and two flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm then fixed to the ultra intermediate channel with connecting clips and in direction perpendicular to the ultra intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre including provision of 12mm thick Gypsum board (Confirming to IS-2095-1982) fixing with screw driver or drilling machine with suitable attachement. Finally the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling & finishing theedges of the boards with jointing compound, paper tape including preparing new surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint over two or more coats of wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4.0 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) Anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions)with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed. (Thickness of aluminium section shall not be less than 1.5 mm)

S & F powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) Anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, 4.8mm thick sheet glass and 12mm thick prelaminated particle board, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 1st class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified

M & L for 1st class hardwood 35mm thick Factory made, plain, framed, panelled shutters (two panels), with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces, the size of rail and stile as per IS:1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically presure treated fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for French polishing on newly wooden surfaces of any description, width or girth including cleaning and preparing the wood filler on new works with two or more coats complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Stainless steel Butt hinges, 125mm size with galvanised mild steel hinge pin complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 300mm long Brass, sliding door bolt with sand or die-cast brass hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing bolt with rolled or drawn brass bolts and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 375mm long Brass skeleton tower bolts with cast brass plate and staples and rolled or drawn brass bolt and fixed but extruded section and rolled or drawn brass bolt and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 300mm long Extruded brass handles, fabricated type polished complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for WPC (wood plastic composite) flooring 4mm + 1mm thickness 1219 x 177mm wooden series including WPC skirting 62.5 x 12 x 88 feet WPC T-profile 45mm x 9mm x 8 feet WPC reducer 45mm x 9mm x 8feet with unified locking mechanism, waterproof, termite proof, fire resisitant and high density including all necessary fittings and WPC flooring of approved make and shade fixed with approved adhesive on existing PCC floor including dismantling existing flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured joint free Non skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick light shade (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 laid over and including 25mm thick sub base in PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) including dismantling existing floorings complete all as specified and directed. Notes: [a] The colour/ shade/ design of tiles shall be as approved by GE. [b] The tile joint shall be kept as 3mm using tile spacers and masking tape shall be provided before applying of the epoxy grout and the surplus grout materials shall be thoroughly cleaned immediately.

M & L for coloured joint free Non skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in vertical surfaces as in skirting / dados set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 including dismantling existing wall tiling complete all as specified and directed. SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II [E/M Works]: M & L for Point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable FRLS grade of size 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) 1100V grade drawn through and including PVC casing caping of suitable size medium grade including accessories fixed on wall/floor/roof, etc including provision of flush type metal GI boxes with modular cover plates, provision of PVC insulated, unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS grade of size 1.5 Sqmm as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly suitable for One light / fan point / Bell point controlled by one, one way switch including taking down old point wiring with fixtures and fittings complete all as specified and directed. [Note: Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive for cutting through wall, chasing, pinning in making good to the disturbed surfaces whrever required]
