Providing, fixing, testing and commissioning and welding of IBR approved seemless steam pipe line (Jindal/TATA make) & IBR M.S. following accessories etc. as required.

a) 50 mm dia Seemless pipe

b) 50 mm dia flanges

c) 50 mm dia Long bend

Providing & making of insulation on 40/20 NB M.S. IBR steam line as following. a. Making 50 mm thick glass wool insulation for steam pipeline with suitable jali complete as required. b. Covering the glass wool with the aluminum sheet of 26 swg thick complete as required.

i) 50 mm dia pipe insulation

S/I/T/C of flanged type SANT/ATAM/WJ make bronze metal globe IBR approved of yoke type rising steam with back sheet and steam flange ends BS-10 ‘H’ handed wheel operated upto 250 PSIG (17.58 kg/cm2g) max. working temp. 4350 F (2250 C) tested to 500 PSIG (35.15 kg/cm2g) hydraulic after dismantling the existing defective valve etc. as required.

a) 50 mm dia S.S.V

b) 20 mm dia S.S.V

c) 20 mm dia thermodynamic trap
