Taking down copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring complete for one light point controlled by one switch with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with multi stranded, copper conductor partly concealed in wall through PVC conduit and conduit accessories and partly surface on ceiling/ roof through PVC conduit and accessories of suitable size with modular metal flush boxes of suitable size & modules, concealed in walls with modular white plated cover as top cover fixed with screws for housing switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc, multistranded single core green colour copper conductor for earth continuity connected to earth dolly all as specified and directed NOTE: Cost of modular metal flush boxes concealed in wall with suitable white cover plate for mounting switches/ sockets, regulators, bell push etc and cost of cutting chases & making good to disturbed surface with cement mortar, if required any shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Taking down carefully existing serviceable Ceiling fan/Wall mounted fan, ceiling cable end, etc., removing the fan for keeping in safe custody, hanging the ceiling fan with down rod after rewiring including clamps, hooks, hold fasteners etc and connecting up, including making electric connection from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully existing serviceable exhaust fan, ceiling cable end, etc., removing the fan for keeping in safe custody, fixing the exhaust fan connecting up after rewiring, including making electric connection from ceiling rose/connector to fan complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of MCCB triple pole and neutral (four pole) 100 Amp, 415 volts, 50 Hz, having thermal setting range 70% to 100% and adjustable magnetic setting and breaking capacity 16 KA including making incoming and outgoing connections complete all as specified and directed.
