Demolition of brick work of any description and in any position built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars including segregation of serviceable bricks for reuse & removal of rubbish out off from site upto 500mtr complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work using old size sub class "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall or concrete surface etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc & removing the debris from the premises upto 500 m from the MOD land complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair face brick masonry/concrete surface etc., in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plastering on fair face of brick masonry/concrete surface etc in cement mortar (1:6) surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying 3mm thick wall care putty(J K /BIRLA) in two layers to make entire surface free from undulations complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepatation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper of any shade over a coat of chalk whitening primer on walls surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from walls (any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers or any other means, including filling depressions of scrapped surfaces with preparation of plastered surfaces and apply two coats of distemper oil emulsion (OBD) over a coat of chalk whitening primer on wall (not less than 1.5 mm thick )complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepatation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall including cornices, by brooming down or steel wire brushing to remove dust, dirt and loose scales and other foreign material, scrapping down, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc including filling the cracks and depressions with putty and applying one two coat of cement base paint on wall surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails/screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair for providing powder coated aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling system with size 605 mm x 605 mm, consisting of main runner of size 36.5 mm x 25 mm x 1.4 mm (weight not less than @ 0.24 Kg/Rm) and cross Tee of size 23.5 mm x 36.4 mm x 1.4 mm (weight not less than @ 0.191 Kg/Rm). The snap grid shall be supported at end all along the wall with aluminium powder coated angle of size 40 mm X 25 mm X 2 mm (weight not less than @ 0.36 Kg/Rm).The snap grid shall be fixed to ceiling supporting hangers consisting of 6 mm dia. G.I wire , J-bolts ,nuts and washers as per manufacturer's instructions or adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 6.0 mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed in ceiling flat or sloping fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium frame work with screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Re-fixing only in repair of existing old Non asbestos fibre cement building board, fixed or laid/inserted to timber /GI/Aluminium frame (existing old frame but necessary joint etc.) work with screw complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing the new/untreated steel surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepartion of old painted of steel surface of any description , not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old steel painted surface complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for IInd class hardwood scantling framed & fixed clean swan of any size/ thickness for truss or in any work in any situation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for preparation of new wooden surface of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepartion of old painted of wooden surface of any description , not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) any colour on old wooden painted surface complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the all rubbish off from the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18mm -20 mm thick of size not less than 575 mm X 575 mm, over laid & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding, rubbing & polishing with Beewax polish over & including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specifed & directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab in skirtings,riser of steps ,dado & pillar 16 mm to 18 mm thick,laid and jointed with grey cement slurry pointed with cloured cement to match the shade of the slab including grinding rubbing & polishing with Beewax polish over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) etc complete all as specifed & directed.

M&L for grinding, rubbing and polishing with Beewax polish (minimum in two layers) of existing kota stone slab flooring to achive mirrror finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free non skid coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc., over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M & L glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 375 mm x 250 mm x7mm/450 mm x 300 mm x7 mm thick ,as in vertical surface such as dado/skirting etc ,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match the tiles, over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Plain cement concrete(un-reinforced ) in ground floors, terrazo tiles floor & paving of any description and removal of rubbish off from site upto 500mtr complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) mix, type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in plinth protection, finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement, including 10 mm wide, 75mm deep joints made at 3.00 m in length and filled with bitumen 85/25 grade and sand in the ratio 1:3 including necessary form work , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4,type B-1(using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor /hardstanding etc & surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including dividing strips inserted in position, conform to design complete all as specified & directed. Note :Glass dividing strip shall be measured & paid seperately under respective item of BOQ.

Supply only 38 mm wide glass dividing strips,3.0 mm thick inserted in position,conform to design complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames) including builders hardware etc & making good disturbed surface of wall with CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed

S & F 35 mm thick(factory made), IInd class hard wood plain framed panelled door shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 12 mm BWP commercial ply on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (part-I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed .

S & F 35 mm thick, factory made, IInd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (divided into squares with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars any number size of members), beads for securing glass, etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8 clause 8.24 (a); kiln seasoned & chemically pressure treated etc complete all as specified and directed . M&L for 9-10mm thick Vitrified Ceramic tiles in dark shade (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm as in floors etc., over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tile colour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 9-10mm thick dark shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles, polished area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, laid in vertical surface such as skirting/dado etc, over & including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and polished in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of bracket made of GI pipe light grade 1.5 Mtr long of size 40 mm bore, bend to shape as per site requirement fixed to pole/wall with flat iron clamp size 50mm x 6 mm -02 Nos with suitable bolts, Nuts, washers etc including two coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surface of mild steel surface complete all as specified and directed.

S &F in repair mild steel hooks fabricated/made out of flat iron 50 mm x 6mm including nut, bolts (6-8 mm dia & 40 to 50 mm long with spring washer) duly painted complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair down rod fabricated out of 15mm dia heavy grade MS conduit not less than length of 1250mm mild steel hanging clamps of suitable/appropriate size & shape for down rod of with rubber reel, nut ,bolts with washer and including spliting pin suitable for 1200 mm/1400 mm sweep of ceiling fans duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel White paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Boring of hole under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless using manual technique with required tools complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i)Pipes shall be laid minimum 2.00 mtr below/under existing road surfaces/ apron /floors etc. (ii) T&P requird for road boring to be provided by the contractor at site own cost and no any claim enterained on this accont on later stage.

Supply and laying for HDPE pipe 40mm dia of pressure rating 6 Kgf/sq.cm fixed with all necessary fittings for cable protection in walls, ceiling, floors, road etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
