M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) including demolition of brick work masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20mm thick plaster of cement mortar (1:4) rendering on fair faces of brick work in two layers (10mm & 10mm) mixed with and including liquid water proofing compound in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new wall surface applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic exterior emulsion paint with silicone additives of required shade additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @2.20 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 for finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new wall surface applying Two or more coats of Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, over 1 mm thick wall care putty,complete all as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete type B-2 (1:2:4) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed..

M&L Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) size of tiles 300mm x 300mm, in floors etc. set and jointed in cementitious tile adhesive and pointed in white or coloured including 15 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6, for laying floor finishes, laid over PCC 25mm thick average thickness Type B0 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as levelling course to roof surfaces finished even and fair, Dismantling existing unserviceable tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing debries/ rubbish from the site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) size of each tile 600mm x 600mm, in floors etc. set and jointed in cementitious tile adhesive and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6, for laying finishes including dismantling/ taking down existing unserviceable tiling, cement mortar bedding, removal debries/ rubbish from the site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2( using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays (not exceeding 2 Sqm each) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 5mm thick Rendering on concrete surfaces as in ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 for finished even and smooth without using extra cement including preperation surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash,complete all as specified and as directed.
