Returning filling in including spreading, leveling,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. .

Supply & lay fine dry river sand in trenches for cable potection & punned down to required level complete all as specified and directed. [Note: For measurement purpose, punned down thickness shall only be taken]

M&L & laying brick sub class 'B' old size burnt bricks for cable protection of size 230mmx115mmx75mm complete all as specified and as directed

M & L galvanised steel tubing 20 mm bore medium grade laid in trenches, road crossings pole/wall etc. for cable protection including providing MS flat iron 50mm x 6mm clamps (02 Nos) complete all as specified and directed including taking down the existing UNSV steel tubing.complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (Heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of size 10 Sqmm 4 core incl taking out old unsv cable from trenches complete all as specified and directed.

All as item No 7.00 above but 16 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCCB, 3 pole, 415V fixed type 25 to 100 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA including taking down old onecomplete all as specified and directed.

M & L Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe of 40mm bore (light grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including required excavation and testing on including taking down old u/s materials completed all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Chemical earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 900mmx600mmx5mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 4.25 metre below ground level with a bottom layer bentonite slurry of 100mm thick, earth plate surrounded with graphite powder, vegetable soil mixture, charcoal and common salt in equal proportion around and 150mm above the plate and 100mm thick MGSO4 (Magnesium sulphate) as top layer and the remaining portion filled with excavated earth and connected with copper earth strip 32x6mm including test point duly brased & by proper treatment of jointing surfaces or by brazing and connected to main switch/control board upto 10 metre away from earth electrode and including GI pipe medium grade 40mm bore protection pipe & necessary excavation and earth work in any strata, PCC chambers in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded curshed stone aggregate, RCC 1:2:4 type B-1using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate cover slab 50mm thick with 8 mm dia TMT bars at 140mm C/C both ways, with lifting handle, watering pipe of GI medium grade 25mm dia, wire mesh, funnel lugs etc including removal of existing unserviceable earthing set complete all as specified and as directed. The rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to including (a) testing and submission of earth result as desired (b) Excavation upto 5.5 mtrs depth, returning, refilling in any type of soil. 1. Minimum 05 alternative layers of charcoal and salt and 2” layer of magnesium sulphate. 2. If the soil is full of stone then good soft soil shall be provided. 3. Charcoal – appropriate qty (min 250 Kg) 4. Salt Crystal – appropriate qty (min 200 Kgs) 5. Magnesium sulphate crystal minimum – 100 Kgs 6. 25mm dia medium grade pipe with funnel, meshed along with cap of required length. 7. Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw. [Note:- Payment shall be done after submitting test report duly signed by Engineer-in-charge]

Repair/maint of LT panel board by dismantling all cable connection i.e incoming and outgoings and trenching out cable / cable loop after digging, cutting burnt portion of cable, cleaning and fixing of lugs with crimping tool, cleaning of bus bar with emery paper, tightening of bus bar with busbar insulators, spray painting to panel board (Inner & outer) with 2 coats of synthetic super enammelled paint after rubbing and cleaning of existing paint, re-fixing of cable with busbars/circuit breaker, by providing new bolts, nuts and washers cable lugs to be provided for all incoming and outgoing cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting of existing cement concret/butuminous road of size not less than 50mm for laying of electrical cable in GI pipe and makng good to the disturbed surfaces by providing PCC or same material after laying of electrical cables and returning filling of sloil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, test and commission out door type feeder pillar boxes 600mm x 600mm x 500mm (Bus bar chamber) with aluminium bus bar 400 amps - 04 Nos fixed over epoxy insulators and outer shell made out of 3.15 mm thick CRACA sheet supported with MS angle section 50x50x6 mm mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 platform 90 cm above and 45 cm below the ground level, frame factory fabricated with front openable single door ( door hinged with body at 4 places with hinges ) lockable/open able by Keys having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy lock, “U” type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz, tested at factory approved from CPRI for 35 MVA rupturing capacity at 415 Volts factory fabricated having modern fabrication and testing process followed by powder coat painting having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof and general construction confirming to IS:8623/93, including taking down the old one complete all as specified & directed.
