Planning, Designing, and Construction Of 50 Bedded Critical Care Hospital Block (CCB) Under PM-ABHIM at Udalguri Civil Hospital in Udalguri District, Assam, with support services & allied facilities, septic tank, Sanitary Fixtures, Fittings, Internal Electric Installation including power wiring & plugs, lightening conductors and telephone conduits, Fittings, Distribution Boards , Public Health & Fire Fighting works: Wet riser, Automatic Fire Alarm System, fire extinguisher, Internal water supply & sanitary installation, Overhead tank without independent staging, Medical Gas Pipeline System, STP/ETP , Lift (Bed lift), VRV/VRF and any other relevant works etc. by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer-in-charge by incorporating stipulated specification and adopting NBC-2016 norms & IS Codes and guidelines complete in all respect. Note :- Plinth Area shall be measured for the actual constructed.

Planning, Designing and construction of External development works: Levelling, Road, CC pavement, footpath, boundary wall, Horticulture, Earthfilling & Landscape, storm water drain, trenches for services, Underground sump, Tube well, External Sewerage, distribution lines upto 100 mm dia, External electrical service connection, Civil external Service connection approval of the same by the Engineer- in-Charge.

Planning, Designing and construction of Electrical External development works, Panel etc and any other Capital Equipment and accessories which requires maintenance DG SETS, TRANSFORMER, IP based CC TV system, LAN system, IP based EPABX system, Street lightening with LED system, Emergency light & Illuminated Signages, UPS system and as per CPWD Maintenance Manual 2019: Comprehensive maintenance DG SETS, Transformer units after three year warranty charges/maintenance. The rates shall be inclusive of all spare, accessories, consumables, manpower, tools and tackles, replacement of parts, (except fuel , power and water) including routine servicing and maintenance of equipment etc complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge. Including APDCL security money.
