Outsourcing of services for repair to plumbing items i.e. bib taps, pillar taps, PVC waste pipes, CP wall mixer, float valves, flushing cistern, pipes and pipe fittings (any type) by engaging experienced skilled trademan (plumber), 05 Nos (05 Nos plumber in each shift of eight hours), ITI qualififed at Md & OTM under AGE(I) Dharamsala for one shift of eight hours per day excluding sundays and holidays all as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. REQUISITE QUALIFICATION (Plumber):- Certificate from a recognised ITI/ NCTVT or equivalent in trade of plumber from government recognised institute with two year experience.

REQUISITE QUALIFICATION (Electrician):- Certificate from a recognised ITI/ NCTVT or equivalent in trade of electrician from government recognised institute with two year experience.

REQUISITE QUALIFICATION (Carpenter):- Certificate from a recognised ITI/ NCTVT or equivalent in trade of carpenter from government recognised institute with two year experience.

REQUISITE QUALIFICATION (Mazdoor/ Helper):- Preferably literate and having 2 years experience in the same trade.

Outsourcing of services for data entry and record keeping by engaging experienced skilled data entry operator/ record keeper, 01 No (01 No data entry operators in each shift of eight hours) for housekeeping of offices of AGE (I) Dharamsala for one shift of eight hours per day excluding sunday and holidays all as per directions of Engineer -in-Charge. REQUISITE QUALIFICATION (Data Entry Operator/ Record keeper) :- 10+2 passed having diploma certificate in operating the computer softwares. He should having full knowledge of MS Word, MS excel, MS powerpoint, MS excess and a minimum english typing speed of 35 words per minutes.

REQUISITE QUALIFICATION (Photo copier/ operator):- Preferably literate and having adequate experience in same trade & prectical knowledge to operate various photostate machines.

Outsourcing of services for internal and external conservancy services for buildings i.e.cleaning of roads, verandah, drains, toilets, corridors, roofs, rooms with furniture, disinfection of rooms, cleaning of windows, glass frames, doors, dusting of tables, rearranging of furniturs, removal of cowwebs etc by engaging safaiwala's/ sweepers (unskilled), 05 Nos (05 Nos safaiwala/ sweepers in each shift of eight hours) under the jurisdiction of AGE (I) Dharamsala for one shift of eight hours per day excluding sunday and holidays all as per directions of Engineer -in-Charge. Note:- Disinfectants i.e. phenyl, acids, naptha balls & cakes and cleaning agents i.e. vim, detergants & minerals, turpentine oil, brooms, brushes, dusters etc shall be issued under Schebule 'B' for free for use. REQUISITE QUALIFICATION (Safaiwala/ Sweepers) :- Preferably literate and having experience in the same trade.
