Dismantling of Ceiling Board of any description and any thickness including Cover Fillets, Cornices, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair galvanized steel tubing medium grade, 40 mm bore with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilingr all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix in repair for Anodised aluminium snap grid framework, with size of grid 605 mm X 605 mm, for false ceiling, fixed with hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia and 6mm thick AC 'E' classic board of size 600 x 600mm fixed or laid /inserted to aluminium frame work as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The size of aluminium main and croos tee shall be 40mm x25mm x2mm and size of angle shall be 25mm x 25mm x 2mm)

Dismantlling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles of design as approved by GE 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 300 mm x 450mm x7 to 8 mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match surface of tiles 10mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles of design as approved by GE 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floor or apron etc laid bedded in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing laid over 20mm thick screed bed in CM in 1:4 complete all as specified

S&F in repair for CP curtain rod 25 mm dia with socket storeyed bldg including taking out old onecomplete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 4 mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane including hacking out old one, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair stainless steel wire cloth 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel including taking old one steel staples all as directed complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description as in door, gates etc and similar works complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walkways, railings,frame work of watertanks and similar work conforming to Fe-390 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed..

S&F in repairs powder coated aluminium sliding window sliding on 3 track (double shutter double leaf) one shutter glazed with and including 4mm thick plain sheet glass and other shutter with stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm fixed with stainless steel wire stapples rubber gasket stopper aluminium grill of aperture size of grill 70mm , handle 100mm, frame of section 100mm X 45mm X 1.55mm and of shutter of section 40mmX 20mm X 1.55mm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

MS&F in repairs Aluminium (Die cast) body door closer hydraulically regulated desination No 1, universal type suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 Kg complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair for fabrication and fixing of powder coated aluminium door shutter fixed with rubber gasket, stopper, cleats, handles etc complete for aluminium frame of size 101.6mm x 44.45mm x 2mm and section of bottom and top rail of section114mmx44.45mmx2mm thick and and lock rail shutter frame of 83mm x 44.45mm x 2 mm with and including panels of 5.5 mm thick plain/frosted float glass,and with anodised aluminium snap beading of size 18.2mmx16.66mm scred for fixing fully including double action door spring hydraulically regulated made up of 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and all necessary fittinngsand EPDM rubber packing each shutter shall be provided with two decorative type aluminium disc handle of 150 mm dia per shutter ,1 no heavy duty door shutter 1no 200mm long aluminium tower bolt per shutter including taking down old onecomplete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair for 12 mm Particle board, medium density, flat pressed, single layer type or three layer type with BWR type adhesive, fixed with screws to timber frame workif fixed in pelmet boxes or in narrow widths n. exc l5cm each, rebated or flat edged

S & F in repair 18mm thick prelaminated particle board interior grade, prelaminated both side with decorative choice laminations, fixed with screws to timber frame work incl 6mm thick teak wood leaping on cutting exposed edges fixed with adhesive and nails, polishing complete as in cup board. shelves etc as required and taking down old one as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

S&F magnetic catches with 8mm dia steel ball and brass body and striking palte including letting in and fixed.

M&L in repairs for 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35 mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame as per specification and drawing complete all as spefied & directed .

S & F in repairs sectional area 6 to 13 Sq cm pvc modular strips of any size feathered at the edges for fixing at the edges of PVC wall panelling complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on wall and ceiling of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surface of wall and finished even and fair with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound finished even without using extra cement comple all as specified and as directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surface as in (ceiling) finished even and fair with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint incl preparation o surfaces as on walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of wall with 1mm wall care putty and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling

M&L preparation of new surface & applying two oats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer to wooden surfaes over exc 10cm girth all as specified and dorected.

M&L applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of new steel surfaces over exc 10cm girth all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old treated surfaces of wall all as directed and applying two coat of white washing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old treated surfaces & applying one coats of cement base paint of walls, chajja, facia, slab etc for portion of building all as specified and directed.

M&L fpr preparing old plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old or previously treated wooden surface of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old or previously treated steel surface of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cutting out crack to V-section in existing roof of terrace cleaning out wetting grouting w3ith cement sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed

Taking down tar felt with cement plaster from roof surfaces and lowering and removing the same the same to distance exc. 50m and n.exc 100m incl roughening of old concrete surfaces of roof by wire brushing and cleaning the surface to remove akk koose dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

(i) M&L 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 with using 12.5mm graded stone aggregated as in roof padding etc complete all as specified and as directed. (ii) M&L screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC as per anufacturer instruction for laying of APP membrane complete all as directed y the Engr-in-Charge. (iii) Supply only integral water proofing compound (WPC) of best quality (iv) M&L for bituminous primer @ 0.50 KG/Sqm over the cement plaster including preparation of surfaces as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (v) M&L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150gm/Sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specfied and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (vi) M&L for finishing the Bituminous surface with aluminium paint @ 0.15 Ltr/Sqm as per manufacturers specifications complete all inrespects as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting existing PVC water tank including GI pipe inlet/outlet of ay dia complete all as specified, PVC tank having capacity exceeding 250 ltrs but ot exc. 1000 ltrs setting aside (or lowering if required) and hoisting, reconnected old GI pipe with tank and refixing PVC tank in same position complete all as specified and directed.
