Labour Rate Contract for Loading Unloading of Lime Sulphur & Other Chemicals
Unloading of Lime and Sulphur from the trucks and same to be stacked in the respective godowns.
Shifting of Lime and Sulphur from godown to working station at first floor of the boiling house.
Preparation of Lime Slurry (M.O.L.) and filling of Sulphur in furnace in all Shifts as and when required in the process.
Removal of Lime grit from chute of lime clarifier and shifting of grit to the designated place.
Shifting of Sulphur from Sulphur Godowns to Suphur Farnace in Boiling House and filling of the same in the melter as per requirement
Cleaning of Sulphur furnace as and when required in the process.
Cleaning of SO2 gas pipe lines as and when required in the process.
Cleaning of Juice Sulphitor and Syrup Sulphitor as and when required in the process during the season.
Addition of Lime in Spray Pond and removal of foam / garbage from channels.
Cleaning of Grit Pot of Lime Impurity Separator System in each shift and removal of the same to the desired place all the pits and drains to be cleaned.
Shifting of all chemicals like heavy chemicals and process chemicals from general store of the mills to the various stations of boiling house as and when required in the process throughout 24 hrs. during the crushing season 2020-21
At the time of tube cleaning of evaporator bodies and Pan’s, the required materials are to be shifted to various bodies and filling of the chemicals in the bodies of evaporators and Pan’s as and when required during the process.
