Water proofing work of wireless station at Trivandrum Airport

Design, Providing and laying water proofing on terrace slab and parapet wall of wireless station building of AAI, with 10 years’ service warranty (seperate guarantee bond as per special conditions to be submitted) using branded waterproofing polyurethane compound as per preferred makes by skilled workmanship, preparation of surface, pressure grouting, coving, sufficient no. of primer coating, filling of cracks with modified mortar(with suitable polymer compound as per preferred makes list), plastering with modified mortar (with suitable polymer compound as per preferred makes list) painting with two or more coats of water proofing polyurethene compound and sufficient no.of polyurethane final coating for UV protection complete as required. The design and methodology of water proofing shall be got approved from EIC before execution of the work.
