LOAD TEST OF MANUAL OPERATED OVER HEAD CRANE 5 TON CAPACITY INSTALLED IN MECH LAB AT 14 BRD UNDER GE (AF) BORJHAR

1. Professional charges for load testing, carrying out preventive maintenance and certification of 5 Ton capacity EOT Crane. NOTE:- The scope of above works covers the following :- (a) The repair/ servicing / maintenance works on the EOT cranes and shall be carried out by the trained / skilled technicians and shall conform to the standard engineering practice / code and as per the standard code / norms of Government. (b) the services shall include periodical cleaning , greasing, hoist wires ropes, rail align ment , DSL current collectors , bus bars, tightening of bolts, nuts, electrical terminals etc and ensure tightening of bolts, nuts, electrical terminals etc and ensure their serviceability and proper function and safety. (c) arranging thorough Inspection/testing by authorised Govt Licensed Inspector and submission of Inspection/test report in triplicate. (d)Insurance coverage of all techinicians, workers involved in the works. (e) Adherence to safety rules and regulations in respect of EOT Cranes. (f) All tools, instruments and plants required for carrying out the above works shall be provided by the contractor. Each 01 (01). 2. Shifting charges of load from one location to another location within 2 KM radius through required T&P till completuion of testing and finally bring back to its original location after successful testing.
