MANNING AND OPERATION FOR MAINTENANCE OF HT 11 KV/ LT SUB STN, LT PANELS AT MWC, FLEET OFFICE, TPW, SMHQ, FMU, KUTHAR BLOCK AND CERTAIN MISC WORKS UNDER AGE E/M-I OF GE (U-I), VISAKHAPATNAM

Outsourcing of services for carrying out day to day maintenance of HT 11 KV / LT sub station at MWC (V) for smooth and trouble free operation of the installations round the clock in three shifts per day including Sundays and holidays complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

(i) One skilled electrician in each shift

(ii) One semi skilled electrician in each shift

NOTE : The rate shall also include the following: (i) The minor repairs / maintenance to the OCBs, LT panels etc. (ii) The operators should liaise with Naval dockyard 11 sub station, 21 sub station, work shop sub station for any major break down / failure of electric supply. (iii) In case any problem occurs which seems not under the control of operator, the same shall be immediately intimated to JE I/c of this area or AGE E/M. (iv) Cost of minor consumables such as RYB indication lamps, PG clamps, PVC insulation tape, screws, washers, nails, teflon tape, fuse wire, clips, bolts, nuts etc for day to day maintenance and repairs. (v) Complaint register, log books, Job cards, safety shoes, helmet and transportation.

(vi) Taking care of house keeping environmental cleanliness, cutting grass, small plants etc., and surrounding area of installation all round up to 10 meters shall be keep absolutely neat and clean. (vii) One emergency light and necessary tools should be available in a tool box with operator for smooth functioning.

(i) One skilled electrician in each shift

(ii) One semi skilled electrician in each shift
