Special repair of MB-01 to MB-24 Quarters in kanupur Irrigation Colony of KIP, Basudevpur

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including raking out joints 12 mm deep and removing the debris within 50m lead as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Dismantling and removing 2.5 cm.thick artificial stone flooring including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead.

Labour for Scraping old paints with scraper sand papering and washing with soap water or soda including Scaffolding charges up to 5 mtr height as per direction og Engineering in charge.

6 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) to RCC surfaces finished smooth including closed deep chiping and slury treatment. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

12 mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to in side surface of brick walls after racking out the joints including watering and curing ,scaffolding if required with cost ,Conveyance ,royalty of all materials with labour etc Coplete and as per the direction of Engineer -in-charge

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) to inside using good quality of sharp clean washed sand of approved quality in all floors finished smooth to inside rough surface of brick wall with scafolding after racking out the joints including watering, curing, cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials and cost of all labour, T & P etc. required for the work complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Priming one coat with any approved primer both inside and out side wall including cost of primer, labour, T & P etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering two coats to walls with distemper of approved shade on new work ( two coats) including cost of all materials, labour, T & P etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Outside wall painting two coats with weather coats of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of paint, labour , T & P etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting & fixing vetrified tilels in floors of size 600x600mm of Plain (Ivory) laid on 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) & filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials,labour T&P etc required for the work all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in- charge.
