REPAIRS/ CLEANING OF SEWER LINES, SEPTIC TANKS AND OTHER CONNECTED MISC WORKS IN THE AREA OF AGE B/R- II UNDER GE (AF) NO 2 JODHPUR

Cleaning of septic tank and soak pit of any capacity & any size by taking out sludge and sludge loading to the cart/ lorry & depositing out side MD land including bailing out foul water by manually or by any mechanical means in tanker and dispose the waste water out side MD land and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note:- (i) Rate quoted includes bailing out water from septic tank upto 2/3 depth of tanks and removing sludge. (ii) The measurements for sludge upto depth of 1/3 of septic tank shall only be recorded for payment purpose.

Removing blockage of soil/waste pipe of any dia and cleaning the lines in between followings with water all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge :-

(i) Floor/Nahani trap to Gully trap and upto first man-hole.

(ii) WC to first manhole Note :- Rate quoted for item No 2 (i) and (ii) deemed to includes cleaning/ removing of blockage of first manhole and taking out sludge from out side MD Land.

Cleaning of 100 mm bore SGSW pipe lines in between two consecutive manholes to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and testing by pouring water from manhole to manhole.

All as per Srl item No 3 above but 150/200 mm bore SGSW pipe.

Note for item No 3 and 4 :- (i) Measurement for these items shall be recorded from inner face of walls between two consecutive manholes. (ii) If cleaning of sewage line is not feasible without removing sludge from the manhole. The sludge from the manholes shall be cleaned all as decided by the executive and shall be measured and paid separately.

Note for item No 2 to 4 :- If any blockage removed by the contractor will reoccur due to negligence in workmanship by the worker within ten days of cleaning, the same shall be recleaned without any extra cost to the Govt.

Cleaning of manhole of any description, any size and depth including removing sludge and deposited outside MoD land etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Cleaning of SGSW pipe of 100/150/200 mm internal dia between two consecutive manhole with sewer jet machine to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and testing by pouring water from manhole to manhole.

M&L for construction of stone masonry soakage well 3.00 m dia and 3.00 m effective depth complete including excavation and earth work all as specified and shown on drg No. GE/AF/JODH/C-660/07 Sheet 1/1.

M & L for Construction of Sepptic tank 150 Users complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches in soft/loose soil, n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes, etc n.exc. 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out.

All as per item No 9 above but exc. 1.5 m but n.exc. 3.00 m in depth

Demolition of stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. and removing from site all as specified and directed.

M&L for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, brought up to courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:4

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in cills, steps, bands, copings, bed plates, blocks for inserting hold fasts etc. and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels, drains (forming fair finished channel shall be measured and paid for separately).

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds mitered/stopped ends, etc all as specified.

Add or deduct from item No. 17 above for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm (this is only for adjustment of rates).

M&L for Jodhpur stone roof slabs, self faced 7.5 cm to 10 cm thick, 25 cm to 35 cm wide, hoisted and set, jointed and grouted in cement mortar 1:3 complete as in manhole cover and soak pit.

Dismantling stone slabs in roofs, suspended floors, chajjas, landings, etc. any thickness, jointed in any mortar (broken stone patti manhole covers/ soakage pit roof slab ) .

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, shelves and similar articles with plain faces, set in CM 1:4, including necessary form work moulds etc all as specified. (Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately).

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes, 100/150/200 mm internal dia (Salt glazed stoneware, AC or reinforced concrete) (internal dia) set in cement mortar including haunching and bed concrete.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipes of size 150 mm bore, including packing under & haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested.

M&L for salt glazed stone ware drain pipes of 150 mm internal dia, grade `A’ ISI marked laid to slope in trenches, jointed in CM 1:1 and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipes of size 200 mm bore, including packing under & haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested.

M&L for salt glazed stone ware drain pipes of 200 mm internal dia, grade `A’ ISI marked laid to slope in trenches, jointed in CM 1:1 and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in (soil), including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm.

Removing excavated material (soil) n.exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of 150mm internal dia, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel ( ½ round or 3/4 Section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar of 150/200/75 mm dia

S&F 100 mm bore cast iron, sand cast, soil, waste and vent pipes, in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, fixed to walls.

S&F 100 mm bore CI vent cowl.

Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes of 75 mm internal dia, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required.

S&F 75 mm bore cast iron, sand cast, soil, waste and vent pipes, in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, fixed to walls.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specfically provided for

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors, finishing cement concrete surface even & smooth with using extra cement.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in plinth protection. Concrete shall be laid in alternate bays n.exc 3 m in length finished fair and even including provision of joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep along the wall and bays filled with bitumen mastic (1:3).

S&F Non skid ceramic tiles coloured 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tiles exc. 0.06 Sqm but n. exc. 0.11 Sqm, in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6.

M&L 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate).

S&F salt glazed stoneware gully traps of size 150 x 150 mm, square or rounded mouthed, type `P' fixed in CM 1:6 and cover with RCC cover slab of size 200 X 200 X 50mm

S&F in repair for PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm dia single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors

S&F in repairs vitreous china squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern, size 580 mm x 440 mm, white with integral foot rests, including PVC 'P' trap, embedded and set in PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 and making good to floor including removing rubbish.
