Construction of Road from Jawalagera-Balaganur Main Road to Sagaracamp in Maski Constituency of Raichur District (VR496) Under Rain Damage for the year 2024-25

1 Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

2 Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by any State Government / Government of India /Union Territory.

3 Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

4 It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement 2.0 on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

5 EMD shall be paid in the form of e-payment through e-procurement2.0 portal on or before as per the last date and time mentioned in the e-procurement portal.

6 Contractor should obey all KW-4 Conditions

7 Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025% of the contact value (Min Rs.500/- & Max Rs.7500/-) soon after contract has been issued to bidder.

8 The tenderer is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The department shall not be respobsible for non-accessibility of KPP PORTAL portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches.

9 Contractor Conditional tenders are not accepted.

10 The cost of the Tender processing fees shall not be refundable.

11 The competent authority to accept the tender shall have the right of rejecting all or any of tenders without assigning any reason.

12 All the items in the tender are inclusive of cost and conveyance of all materials, all lead, lift, loading, unloading, transportion, labour, hire charges of machinery, curing for concrete works.

13 Accetence/Cancellation of the tender are reserved by uner signed without any reasons for the same.

14 As per Karnataka State Government order LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore dated 01-01-2007 and Govt letter No.PW/134/BMS /2007/dated 27-07-2007, a sum amounting to 1% of the bill amount will be deducted towards constructions labour welfare fund.

15 If the rates quoted by the contractor is lesser than the amoount pu to tender, the difference cost should be paid by the contractor, through FDR in the favour of Executive Engineer, PRED Raichur at the time of agreement (should be pledge in the name of Executive Engineer, PRED Raichur)

18 The work should be executed structly as per the tender specification mentioned. Contractor should arrange for quality check at different stage of work for quality assurance as per direction of Engineer-in-charge during the work in progress and after completion. If any failure found the cost will be recovered from the contractor and will be recommended for black listing immediately.

19 This work should be Ispected by the 3rd party Agency.

20 Any damage during the progress of work, the damage cost should be beared by the Contractor.

21 The tenderer should submit proposed methodology and program of construction, backed with equipment and materials duly supported with broad calculations and quality management, plan, proposed to be adopted, justifying of execution and completion of the work as per technical specifications within the stipulated period of completion.

22 Tenderers are requested to read the Bid Documents before submission of their bid.

23 Contractor should follow strictly prevailing rules of labour act.

24 In the case of the death of the contractor after executing the agreement/commencement of the work, his legal heir, if is an eligible registered contractor and is willing can executed and complete the work at the accepted tender rates irrespective of the cost of the work.

25 Royalty on construction materials and other taxes will be deducted as per prevailing Govt. Orders.

26 Corrigendum will be published in the KPPP Portal web site for all modifications./corrections if any

27 All scanned documents to be uploaded shall be in original and the Executive Engineer reserves the right to verify the documents before approval.

28 The employer is not responsible for any delay in accessing e-procurement Portal. The tenderer shall bear all cost associated with the preparation and submission of his tender, and the employer will in no case be responsible and liable for those costs.

29 If the date mention above happen to be general holiday next working day will holds good in lieu of the date mentioned.

30 The roads and bridges constructed under this programme shall be good quality.

31 Road should be constructed as per the guidelines of Ministry of Road Transport and Highway/Indian road congress.

32 Security deposit at the rate of 5% of tender cost and difference amount if any, should be made in favor of Executive Engineer in the form of FDR only (should be pledge in the name of Executive Engineer P R E Div, Raichur)

33 Successful bidder submitting bids below the amount put to tender will be regularized to submit the difference amount in the form of FDR/TDR/DD/Pledge on the name of EE PRED Raichur within 20 days from the date of receiving the letter of acceptance. Failing which EMD will be forfeited and further action will be taken as per G.O No. FD PCL 2008 Bangalore Dated 14/10/2008 Clause 25 work shall be executed as per Tender document and KTPP Act.

34 The work should be carried out in accordance with the standard specifications specified by the department. Maintenance period from the contractor for the above works is one year from the date of completion of work.

35 The bidder shall quote rates without adding GST for either materails or works contract or service GST payable by the bidder under this works contract will be paid to the contractor over and above the bidders bid amount, and the increase in the GST shall not be paid in the extended period of contract for which the bidder alone is responsible for delay asdetermined ny the authority.

37 THE BIDDER SHOULD UPLOAD THE VALID DOCUMENTS (FROM THE YEAR OF 2020-21 TO 2024-25)

38 The materialss Quality control certificates from the authorized quality control laboratories to be provided by the contractor before using the materials and Quality control certificate issued from the QC authority must accompained with bill.

39 Work Completion Period will be 9 months (including Monsoon Period)
