Excavation in soil in hill area in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil including saturated soil comprising of pick, jumper blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling / wedging out side of rock ( where blasting is prohibited ) and their intermediate classification of soil including dewatering where required settingout to the required line grades , side slopes triming bottom and level as shown on drawings as directed by the Enginner -in charge at site according to technical clause 1603.1 and 1603.2 sorting useful / un-useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts and transportation of the un-useful materials for filling in roads ways , embankments for grades improvements and leveling to the require grade and then disposing of surplus excavated earth in acquired width of road or on approved dumping sites through all modes of trasportation including head load animal load or machnical means alongwith its leveling fine dressing and all labour, machinaries , materials , tools equipments and sefety measures and incidentals necesary to complete the work by all means ( if any required ) recovary for 34.00 cubic metre @ Rs. 300.00 per cubic metre amount to Rs. 10,200/- only shall be done on prorata basis for the quantity of cutting in earth work effected . Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contrator , which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respect including all leada and lifts and materials and as per direction of Enginer in charge .

Earth work in excavation for structures i.e in foundation & trenches etc. as per drawing and technical specification clause 305.1 in all kinds of soil such as pick , jumper , blasting work by blasting or chiseling or any other intermediate classification of soil in dry or saturated condition in all leads & lifts including timbering or trenches shoring bracing and strutting dewatering pumping or bailing out water caused by rains springs , sub- soil water canal or river seepage etc. as may be necessary stacking the excavated serviceable and unserviceable material separately as directed by the Engineer – in – charge and then returning the stacked soil in fifteen centimeters, layer when required in to plinth and sides of foundation etc. consolidation each deposited layer by ramming watering and then disposing of all surplus unserviceable material as per the direction of the Engineer – in -charge with in all leads and lifts disposed material to be leveled and neatly dressed. ) including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in –charge.

Loosening of the ground upto a level of 150 mm ( onne hundred fifeteen millimetre ) below the subgrade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for subgrade construction as per Technical Specification Clause 303.5.2. including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in –charge.

Construction of sub grade and earthen sholder with approved material obtained from borrow pit with all lift and leads transporting to site spreading grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2 up to any lead as per technical specification clause 303.1 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in –charge.

Construction of granular sub- base by providing well graded materials , spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place methoed with rotavator OMC and compacting with smooth wheel rolar to achieve the desired dencity , complete as per technical specification clause 401 including all leads , lifts of material and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer -in- charge ..

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm(one hundred fifty milimeter) and disposal of scarified material with a lift to 3 m (three meter)and lead up to 1000 m as per drawing and technical specification clause 301.4 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer - in- Charge.

Providing , Laying , spreading and compacting stone aggregates sizes 53 to 22.4 mm ( fifty three to twenty two point four millimetre ) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing , rolling with smooth wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber , applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading-lll as per Technical specification Clause 405 (By Mechanical means ) including all leads , lifts of material and other incidentals

Prime coat ( with Organo Silance Nanotechnology) : - Preparing and applying of water soluble organo silane Nano technology ( for bitumen emulsion application, IRC accredited ) with cationic bitumen emulsion CSSI and water ( <1000 ppm TDS) in the ratio of 1kg organo silane nanotechnology 100 kg cationic bitumen emulsion CSSI:200 liter water mixing & spraing : Take 1kg of organo silane nanotechnology and add in 200 liter water white filling water in tanker/drum and then add 100 kg cationic bitumen under circulation . Mix the sulution completely. Spray the solation @ 1 kg per sqm. om compacted stone base. Rate including all materials labour hire charges of machery etc complete as per MoRD specifications including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Tack Coat:- ( with silane Nano technology) Preparing and applying of water soluble organo silane Nano technology ( for bitumen emulsion application, IRC accredited ) with cationic bitumen eCRSI and water ( <1000 ppm TDS) in ratio of 1kg organo silane 100 kg cationic bitumen emulsion CRSI:200 liter water mixing & spraing : Take 1.0 kg of organo silane nanotechnology and add in 200 liter water white filling water in tanker/drum and then add 100 kg cationic bitumen under circulation . Mix the salution completely. Spray the solation @ 0.3-0.4 kg per sqm. om compacted stone base. Rate including all materials labour hire charges of machery etc complete as per MoRD specifications including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 60-80 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 ( seventy five tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.00 (five ) per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRD specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects silance neno technology (zycotherm) including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. Thermo plastic road marking as per MORTH specification no 803 outer portion of curve including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Egineer – in – Charge.

Providing and laying mechnically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement : three sand : six graded crushed stone aggregate) 40mm (forty millimeter) size for plain / reinforced concrete in open foundation complete including form work as per drawings and technical specification clause 802,803,1202 & 1203 and curring complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer – in- Charge with in all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals.

Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements having thickness 80 mm ( eighty millimetre ) as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504.including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed plain cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement : six sand : twelve graded /crushed stone aggregate 40mm ( forty millimetres) broken/ crushed stone aggregate in open foundations and curing complete including cost of form work as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802,803,1202 and 1203 including carriage of materials with in all leads and lift as per direction of Engineer –in- Charge .

Random rubble Stone masonry work in cement mortar 1:6( one cement : six sand )for sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 702,704,1202 and 1206 and curing complete including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and laying mechnically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement : four sand : eight graded crushed stone aggregate) 40mm (forty millimeter) size for plain / reinforced concrete in open foundation complete including form work as per drawings and technical specification clause 802,803,1202 & 1203 and curring complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer – in- Charge with in all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals.

Construction of dry rubble masonry for retaining walls, Breast walls, revetment walls and parapets etc. for sub structure and supper structure complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 704.6 & 1604 within all leads , lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals

Back filling with granular material behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 1206.3 within all leads , lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals .

Random rubble Stone masonry work in cement mortar 1:4( one cement : four sand )for sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 702,704,1202 and 1206 and curing complete including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3, 900 mm dia on 1st class bedding of granular material single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation protection works back filling concrete and masonry work in head wall parapets clause 1101 including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge..

Providing and laying of dry rubble flooring complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1303.3 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in –charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 ( one cement : five sand : ten crushed stone aggregate 40mm ( forty millimetre ) nominal size including curing complete and cost of form work in retaining wall and breast wall as per HPPWD specification and MORD clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in –charge.

Construction of hill side (U-shaped) drain in accordance with the requirement of specifications true to line and grades diamentions and other particulars as per drawing and technical specification clause 1606.1 in cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size, with thickness of concrete 10 cm of size 70cm X 45 cm including cost of earth work in all kinds of soil and cost of form work with steel plats as per MORD technical specification clause 1606.1 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer - in- Charge.

C/O U-Shape PCC drain with CC 1:3:6 size of drain is 0.70x0.55 having 10 cm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement three sand: six graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), mechanically mixed place in foundation compacted by vibration and curing complete ensuring non segregation conforming as per MORD technical Specification clause 1606.1 including the cost of form work Steel gating and hauling of materials and machinery in all leads and lifts by all modes of transportation.

Providing and erecting Type A ‘W’ metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3mm ( three millimetre) thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail 70 cm (seventy centimetre ) above road/ ground level and to be fixed on CR channel vertical post 150x75x5 mm ( one hundred fifty x seventy five x five millimetre ) to be spaced 2mtr( two metre) centre to centre to be kept 1.80 mtr ( one to eighty metre ) high& to be kept 1.10 mtr. ( one point ten metre ) below ground / road level . All steel parts and fitments to be galvanized by hot dip process. All fittings to conform to IS 1367 and IS 1364 as amended up to date , metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a space of CR channel section 150x75x5 mm ( one hundred fifty x seventy five x five millimetre ) long complete as per clause -811.3 conforming to MORT&H ( Ministry of road Trasport & highway ) specificatin s ( Latest revision ) including all fittings required for erection at road site of materials within all leads , lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals complete in all respect. .

Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with logo as per MORD specification and drawing. Three MS plates of 1:6 mm ( one point six millimeters) thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m ( twenty five millimetres x five metres) size on back on edges The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5 mm ( ( twenty five millimetres x twenty five millimetres x five millimetre ) . The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75mm (seventy five millimeters x seventy five millimeters ) of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm ( four hundred fifty millimeters x four hundred fifty millimeters x six hundred millimeters ) 600 mm ( six hundred millimetre) below ground level . The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47 mm x 47mm ( forty seven millimeter x forty seven millimeter) of 12 SWG steel plate tube . All M.S will be stove enamelled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows. border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing and technical specification clause 1701 including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Egineer – in – Charge.

Providing and fixing ordinary kilometer stone (pre-cast) with reinforced cement concrete M:15 design mix grade of standard design as per IRC 8 fixing in position including painting and printing etc. as per drawing and technical specification clause 1703 including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 200 mtr. stone (pre-cast) with reinforced cement concrete M:15 design mix grade of standard design as per IRC 26 fixing in position including painting and printing etc. as per drawing and technical specification clause 1703 including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Prov. And fixing of citizen information board as per specification and drawing two M.S. plate 1.6 mm thick duly welded with M.S. angle iron frame of 25 mm x 25 mm x 5 mm ( twenty five millimetre x twenty five millimetre x five millimetre ) on edges , supported with 2 nos vertical post and 2 nos horizontal post mase of 75 mm x 75 mm ( seventy five millimetre x seventy five millimetre ) of 12 SWG sheet tubes duly embedded in and including cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 600 mm x 600 mm x 750 mm ( six hundred x six hundred x seven hundred fifty millimetre ) below ground level. All M.S . will be stove enameded on both side Lettering and painting with ready mixed synthic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour.
