Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (element : 3 course sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required. Above 10.00 meter and upto 12.00 meter

Supplying and erection of stay set complete (galvanized) with 19/20 mm dia X 1.8 meters long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 x 45 cm X 75 mm. thimble, stay clamps, turn buckles, 6 gauge wire of 1.5 mm dia X 45 cm long. stay wire and strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (element : 3 course sand : 6 graded stone aggregate) 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 100 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (9.56 kg per meter) double pole cross arm for three wire 33 KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles. 50 mm X 6 mm MS flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Erection of double pole 3 wire cross arm for 11KV/22KV 33 KV over head lines as required

Supplying and erection of 33 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required

Erection of ACSR conductor of 7.35/3.5mm to 7/4.00 diameter size above including bending etc. as required

Supplying and erection of a set of three 11 KV disc insulator for 33 KV over head lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. to required

Supplying and erection of single phase no-line insulator for lightning arrester suitable for 33 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 10 KV (station G.V.) with a nominal discharge current rating of 10 KA (station G.V. class) and complete with galvanised clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required

Supplying installing, testing & commissioning of outdoor LT AB switch assembly set gas operated with brass contact parts, including required G.I pipe operated, handle & lock & grounding and on On Off position conforming to IS complete with required job required as per existing D/P structure to complete jobs required as per specification.(Set of 3 nos.)

Supply and erection of approved make safe earthing electrode consisting pipe-in-pipe technology as per IS 3043-1987 made of corrosion free G.I. pipes with constant climate value surrounding highly conductive compound with high charge dissipation suitable for effective and maintenance free earthing in earth pit of minimum bore 150mm size, as mentioned below (a) With 3 meter G.I. pipes having outer pipe dia of 50mm having 80-200 micro galvanizing, inner pipe dia of 25 mm having 200-250 Micro galvanizing, connection terminaldia of 12mmnominal soil with 50 kg (two bag) back filling bentoite compound UL listed and confirm to relevant International/Indian standards around electrode upto ground level
