Providing, laying and rolling of built-up spray grout layer over prepared base consisting of a two layer composite construction of crushed coarse aggregates using motor grader for aggregates. Key stone chips spreader may be used with application of bituminous binder after each layer and with key aggregates placed on top of the second layer to serve as a base, conforming to the line, grades and cross-section specified, the compacted layer thickness being 75 mm(Seventy five millimetre ) as per Technical Specification Clause 505 with bitumen (VG-10) by menual means within all leads and lifts including carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30(Zero point twenty five to zero point thirty ) kilogram / Square metre on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 within all leads and lifts including carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying 30mm (Thirty millimetre ) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP (Hot Mix Plant ) producing an average output of 75 (Seventy five ) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 (Five point four to five point six ) percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment , rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respect within all leads and lifts including carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. Providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic road marking paint compound 2.5mm(Two point five millimetre ) thick and 0.10 (Zero point ten) wide strips centre line /Edge line/ Zebra crossing including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 g. (Two hundred fifty gram) per square metre area thickness of 2.5mm (Two point five millimetre ) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35 . In accordance with Ministry of road transport (Latest revision and IRC code) .The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes including carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through allmodes of transportations in all leads , lifts and other incidentals charges and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge..

Construction of hill side drain in PCC grade M-10 in 1:3:6 (One cement : three sand: six graded/ crushed stone aggregate 20mm(Twenty millimetre) nominal size accordance with requirement of specification true to line and grades. Dimension and other particulars as per drawing and technical specification clause -1606.1. including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge .
