REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF OLD UNSV LT PANEL AND ALLIED WORKS AT DAS AND TELEPHONE EXCHANGE UNDER NAVAL DOCKYARD VISAKHAPATNAM UNDER GE (I) DM VISAKHAPATNAM

Material and labour for repair, servicing, overahauling of indoor sub-distribution LT panel board of size upto 2.0m x 2.0 m comprising busbar, MCCB, SDF, metering equipment after dismantling taking out all doors, covers from front and rear. Servicing comprising of thorough cleaning of complete inside cabinet with forced air and suitable cleaning agent, removing all dust/dirt, cleaning of all insulators, busbars, switchgears, all cable terminals with CTC and clean dry cloth, cleaning of outside surface with CTC and dry cloth, tightening of all nuts, bolts & washers. Repair comprising of replacement of burnt aluminium cable lugs, burnt switchgear, non-functional panel meters, non-functional indicator lamps, damaged panel metering wirings, nonfunctional selector switches, unsv CTs, unsv bakelite fuse with fuse base, damaged panel door/cover knobs & door locks, damaged door hinges, damaged cable insulation with coloured heat shrink insulating sleeves and required nuts, bolts & washers. Overhauling comprising of dismantling cable ends from switch gear/busbar taking out from panel board and cable duct, cutting at damaged portion, providing proper aluminium cable lugs and refixing to original position with required nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing, repair, maintinance of Air Circuit Breaker 800 Amps to 2000 Amps capacity by drawing out movable unit, forced air cleaning of movable and fixed unit, decarbonize breaker contracts and checking for any defects due to any flush/loose contact, cleaning of all fixed and moving contact point, terminal connection points with CTC, replacement of defective parts and re-fixing ACB, cables completes all as specified and directed. Note: (a) required male/female ACB contacts, trip coils, closing coils, electronic protection unit will be measured as supply only. (b) all cleaning agents are included in the quoted rate.

Supply only digital electronic Volt meter (0-500 volts range) with built in selector switch suitable for LT 415 V panel flush pattern square type 96 mm x 96 mm with adopter complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only digital electronic Ammeter with built in selector switch suitable for LT 415 V panel flush pattern square type 96 mm x 96 mm with adopter complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only LED Pilot lamps red, yellow and blue in colours of 22.5 mm dia to monitor on LT panel board suitable for 230 V AC supply all as specified and directed.
