Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Construction/Improvements of canal works of road of value not less than Rs.40.00 Lakhs. Note: Work done certificate issued by competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer should be furnished Financial turnover & Work done of previous years indicated above shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of 2025-26

Executed in any one year(for a continuous period of 12 months) the following minimum quantities of work (1) Cement Concrete of all grade(Cum) 490.00 (2) Steel (Tonne)18.00 (3) wmm/wbm/gsb (Cum) 222.00 .Note: Work done certificate with year wise breakup of quantities should be furnished

Assessed available tender capacity(AxNx2.5-B) where,A-miximum value of civil engineering works executed in anyone year during the last five years(updates to 2025-26 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress B-value at 2025-26 price level of existing commitments and on-going works to be complete during the next 4 months(period of complition of the works for which tenders are invited) N-number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited. Note-1 The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remainig for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the employer in charge, not below the rank of an executive engineer/equivalent 2. Failure of bidder to comply with the requirement in Prescribed proforma for qualification information as per section 3, will constitute sufficient ground for rejection of the technical bid.

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

The intending bidder/firm/company/should have achieved in at least two out of last Five financial years (i.e.2020-21 to 2024-25) (In all classes of civil Engineering construction works only) a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs.80.00 Lakhs.NOTE-Audited balance sheets and Turnover certificate duly certified by Chartered accountant should be uploaded. Financial turnover of previous years will be given a weightage of 10 percent per year based on the rupee value to bring them to current price value

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs 24.00 Lakhs (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from scheduled / nationalized banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.) in the prescribed format

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditors reports for the last five years

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year
