M&L for complete Servicing the condensing unit of 5.5 TR capacity (Package AC), with and including dismantling units, sheet metal parts, blowing out the dust, spraying the organic based scale removing agent Vaniklin at the appropriate ratio to the condenser fan area till removal of complete dust & scale, flushing through for proper air flow across the coil, cleaning of expansion valve; greasing of blower motor, checking of electrical connections, greasing of motor bearing renewal of all corroded sheet metal screws, applying synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer on the rusted portion and testing & commissioning the unit all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete leak testing the indoor and outdoor units, complete refrigerant pipe with Nitrogen gas, locating the leaks, rectify the leak by brazing / welding and pressure testing the complete system of 5.5 TR Capacity of air cooled package AC system all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and charge refrigerant gas R407C (Environmental friendly) including leak testing the system, arresting the leaks with necessary materials like gasket / ‘O’ rings/ washers all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Mafron / Freon / Floron
