Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position with necessary stainless steel screws etc.

Providing and fixing plywood 4mm thick in partitions over wooden framework incl cutting, fixing with nails/panel pins as reqd.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws, conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, 200x10 mm, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium handles, 125 mm, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts, 250x16 mm, ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc. complete.

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or Grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and fixing PPR Union 50mm in existing pipe line.

Providing and fixing PPR socket 50mm in existing pipe line.

Providing and fixing PPR R/socket 50x25mm in existing pipe line.

Providing and fixing PPR ball valve 50mm in existing pipe line.

Providing and fixing PPR R/socket 50x40mm in existing pipe line.

Providing and fixing PPR R/Tee 75x50mm in existing pipe line.

Providing and fixing PPR flange socket 75mm in existing pipe line.

Providing and fixing PPR elbow 50mm in existing pipe line.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for edges of hard standing.
