R.C.C work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone grit) in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWG G.I binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire of supplied by the contractor free of cost(S.I-283 ch-5)

As in item 1.07 but for slabs in proportion of 1:1.5:3

M.S (Tor steal or plain) in plaing work such as R.C.C work including binding for proper shape and including supply of steel and its wastage bend hooks and authorised over lapping shall be measured (S.I. No 504 ch-10)

Supply and fixing 6mm (1/4") thick china white glazed tiles in flooring or in skirting or dado laid with 1:3. cement and approved coarse sand mortar finished with white cement slurry jointing and polishing complete including supply of all materials, labour and tool sand plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.(SI 628)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer)with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. 12 mm thick plaster with one part cement and four part coarse sand over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1 cm including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work .
