Labour charges for engaging Mason /Carpenter/Skilled Labour for brick work /carpentary work, RCC, PCC, plastering, DR/RR masonry, painting ,plumbing and other skilled works etc including all required tools and tackles etc.

Labour charges for engaging Helper/Unskilled Labour for clearing grass, earth work excavation, dismantling brick /carpentary work, chipping of RCC/ PCC/ plastering, cleaning, uprooting overgrowth from the building and unforeseen work if any. including all required tools and tackles etc.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including all scaffoldings, stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge etc. In cement mortar

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -in- Charges: In cement mortar

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including all scaffoldings, stacking material within 50 metres lead.For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Dismantling aluminium / Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including all scaffoldings, disposal of unserviceable surplus material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 metres lead as directed by Engineer - in-Charge

Dismantling of flexible pavement ( bituminous courses ) by mechanical means and disposal of dismantled material up to a lead of 1 kilo metre, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually / by mechanical means including all scaffoldings, stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material with in 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including all scaffoldings, disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in-Charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc.with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts, scaffoldings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 50mm average thickness

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood ) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead: Of area 3 sq. metres and below

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead, all scaffoldings etc.

Removing slurry/ deposited sludge / solids/vegetation over growth from drainage for all depth and dispose the waste with in 500 m lead as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, including removal and replace the cover slab of drain if any,clearing mouth of inlet to drain, ensure unhindered flow through drain.The required manpower, tools, safety apparels and tackles shall be arranged by the contractor.

Supply and lay soling with hard stone of 22.5 cm thick, well packed and filling voids with available earth and stone chips at site for foundation and in subbase including all tools, tackles,etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Area grading/ Sectioning not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed: All Kinds of soil

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, slabs, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases up to floor five level excluding the cost of centering & shuttering, all scaffoldings, finishing, reinforcement and cement, with1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (Zone III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Extra for laying reinforced cement concrete in or under water and /or liquid mud including cost of pumping or bailling out water and removing slush etc., complete.Note:- The quantity will be calculated by multiplying the depth measured from the subsoil water level upto the centre of gravity of the R.C.C. under subsoil water with the quantity of R.C.C. in cubic metre executed under subsoil water. The depth of centre of gravity shall be reconed correct to 0.1m. 0.05 m or more shall be taken as 0.1 and less than 0.05 m ignored. No extra payment shall be made for placing reinforcement or centering & shuttering under subsoil water conditions.

Encasing rolled steel sections, in beams and columns upto floor five level, with cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (Zone - III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including all scaffoldings, centering and shuttering complete but excluding cost of reinforcement and cement.

Chipping of concrete at required depth on sides of digester pedestal, levelling the chipped portion and filling the gap with concrete/grout in 1:11/2:3 mix ( 1 cement, 1 1/2 sand, 3 nominal size aggregate and suitable admixture for rapid strengthening) including cost and conveyance of all materials, formwork, scaffoldings, watering, curing etc;complete. and clearing the debris up to a distance of 500m. but excluding cost of cement.

The product shall be applied on corroded area of reinforcement and the exposed reinforcement surface after throughly cleaning. painted area of steel shall be considered for payment

Providing pockets for bolt fixing to suit the base plate of already made as per the direction of the company representatives.

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix including all tools and tackles, labour charges, necessary scaffolding, curing etc complete at all heights, except cost of cement: 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (Fosroc/ cera/ basf/ bostik) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge but excluding cost of cement. 12 mm average thickness. Note: Measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal, instrument and/or the 75mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N/Sqmm2).

Providing and fixing I st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades, textures, of any size as approved by Engineer -in-Charge, in walls, skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing with tile joint fillers of matching shade complete. The required cement for base preparation shall be supplied by the company.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or nearest (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, textures, of any size as approved by Engineer -in-Charge, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), including pointing the joints with tile joint fillers of matching colours etc., complete. The required cement for base preparation shall be supplied by the company.

Providing and laying industrial pattern vitrified floor tiles of size 300x300 mm having thickness 10mm, of 1st quality, of approved make and pattern in all colours, shades, textures as approved by Engineer -in-Charge, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), including pointing the joints with tile joint fillers with matching shades etc., complete. The required cement for base preparation shall be supplied by the company.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of size 600X600mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with tile joint fillers of matching shades etc., complete. The required cement for base preparation shall be supplied by the company.

Supply and laying first quality vitrified tiles of approved shade and pattern for floors and walls as per architectural design laid with cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 3 mm thickness. Joints to be filled with tile joint fillers of matching shades.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours; shades, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including grouting the joint with tile joint fillers of matching shades etc., complete; The required cement for base preparation shall be supplied by the company.

Providing and injecting approved grout in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/RCC/masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected.) Stirrer mixed approved chemical such as cebex 100/Flowcable 50/Cera Expan 250 of make M/s Fosroc/BASF/Cera Chem respectively @ recommended proportion of weight of cement used) modified Cement slurry made with non-shrink compound, including all scaffoldings. Providing and fixing nipples with approved fixing compound such as Renderoc Plug/Master seal 505/Cera Plug of make M/s Fosroc/BASF/Cera Chem respectively after drilling holes for grouting as per Technical Specifications including subsequent cutting/removal and sealing of the hole as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with Cement including all scaffolding.(Cement will be supplied by the company)

Fixing departmentally supplied 16 gauge SS welded mesh having size 20x20 mm or nearest size firmly to columns and beams with proper anchors (concrete nails with plate washers) at adequate spacing to cover the concrete surface prior to micro concreting at all levels as per the instruction of engineer in charge, including all cost of materials, scaffoldings, conveyance, labour etc. complete.

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4 mm thick float glass panes including ISI marked M.S pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws at all heights including scaffoldings. Using Anjili wood/ jack wood 35 mm thick shutters.
