Validity of tender shall be for a period of 180 days from the schedule date of opening of technical

bid and may be further extended to 30 days by PGVCL if require and all the tenderer shall be

bound to execute the work with quoted rate in this tender.

The tenders are to be submitted by the intending bidder In Single Envelope in which One

Separate Sealed And Super Scribed Envelope as listed below is to be packed :

Preliminary bid Cover:

Having DD of tender fee and EMD. This Sealed Cover should be written as “PRELIMINARY BID

COVER“ (no cover shall be accepted after due date and time of the receipt of tender stipulated in

Notice irrespective of delayed due to postal service or any other reasons and PGVCL shall not

assume any responsibility for late receipt of Preliminary bid cover; any correspondence in this

matter will not be entertained)

Technical bid documents with detail such as narrated in checklist of documents shall be submitted

6. ONLINE Only (Without these documents, the tenderer will not be qualified for opening of price

COMPLETION PERIOD :

The completion period of this work shall be 30 days from the date of commencement of work.

SOLVENCY CERTIFICATE

The tenderer shall have to produce the latest solvency certificate i.e., not older than 12 months

which is issued from Nationalized bank or any other scheduled bank as per list of RBI for a sum of

Minimum 20 % of estimated cost of this work.

Security Deposit against work completion Period:

The lowest tenderer whose Tender is accepted shall have to pay 5% security deposit of the work

9. order amount through Demand Draft or Bank Guarantee within 15 days from the date of the

Letter of Acceptance. In case contractor fails to pay the security deposit within the specified time,

LOA will be treated as cancel and his earnest money will be forfeited without issuing any notice.

In case PGVCL finds that there is an attempt of cartel in the prices, PGVCL reserves the right to

consider or reject any or all the tenderers offer without assigning any reason thereof.

Agreement / Indemnity bond to be executed by Successful Bidder:

The successful bidder has to execute notarized agreement & indemnity bond on Rs. 300/- stamp in

Prescribed format of PGVCL within 15 days from date of letter of acceptance (LOA). Cost of the

same will be borne by the contractor.

REGARDING RESTRICTIONS ON WORKS FROM A BIDDER OF A COUNTRY WHICH

SHARES A LAND BORDER WITH INDIA

I. Any bidder from a country which shares a land border with India i.e. China, Pakistan and Bhutan will

be eligible to bid in this tender only if the bidder is registered with the Registration committee

constituted by Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT).

II. "Bidder" (including the term 'tenderer', 'consultant' or 'service provider' in certain contexts) means

any person or firm or company, including any member of a consortium or joint venture (that is an

association of several persons, or firms or companies), every artificial juridical person not falling in any

of the descriptions of bidders stated hereinbefore, including any agency branch or office controlled by

such person, participating in a Works process.

III. "Bidder from a country which shares a land border with India" as mentioned above for the purpose

of this Order means: -

a. An entity incorporated, established or registered in such a country as mentioned above; or

b. A subsidiary of an entity incorporated, established or registered in such a country as mentioned

c. An entity substantially controlled through entities incorporated, established or registered in such a

country as mentioned above; or

d. An entity whose beneficial owner is situated in such a country as mentioned above; or

e. An Indian (or other) agent of such an entity; or

f. A natural person who is a citizen of such a country as mentioned above; or

g. A consortium or joint venture where any member of the consortium or joint venture falls under any

relevant natural person who holds the position of senior managing official;

5. In case of a trust, the identification of beneficial owner(s) shall include identification of the author

of the trust, the trustee, the beneficiaries with fifteen percent or more interest in the trust and any

other natural person exercising ultimate effective control over the trust through a chain of control or
