Technical Bid

RequiredAnnual Turnover certificate should be equal or above two crores for last four years if any of last five finanical years 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25.

RequiredAudited Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss A/c audited by Registered Auditors or Chartered Accountants for last Five financial years 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 certified by the charted accountant with UDIN.

Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Preference will be given to Tenderers who are experienced in providing temporary shelters for religious congregations (Certificate to be produced)

Labor License under Contract Labour Act Certificate to the effect that No Child Labor will be engaged by the tenderers.

Experience of Government Organization Preferable

EMD of Rs. 5,00,000/- Shall be paid through KPPP modes: 1. Debit Card, 2.Credit Card,3. Net Banking, 4. NEFT and 5. OTC Payment

Please note that the Client is not bound to select any of the frms submitting proposals.Further as quality is the principal selection criterion the Client does not bind itself in any way to select the frm offering the lowest price

If the negotiations with the Bidder are successful, the award will be made to him. If negotiations fail, and if it is concluded that a contract with reasonable terms cannot be concluded with the winning Bidder, the Bidder getting second highest score in technical proposals will be invited for negotiations. This process will be repeated till an agreed contract is concluded

The Evaluation Committee the ofcfer in charge will determine whether the Financial Proposals are complete I e whether they have quoted all items of the corresponding Technical Proposals. If not, the Client will cost them and add their cost to the initial price correct any computational errors.The evaluation shall exclude the Bidders Service Tax
