Excavation in foundations and trenches etc, in earth work, lift upto 1.50 mtrs stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required in to plinth of foundations etc, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and than disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within a lead of 20 mtrs, in all kind of soil in P.W. & J.W. 50 % Each.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1cement: 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement: 6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 ( 1cement: 1.5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement Mortor 1:3 ( 1Cement: 3 Sand) and curing complete including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Random rubble masonary/ polygon rubble masonry coursed with hard stone of approved quality of foundation and plinth including racking out joints in cement mortor 1:6 ( 1Cement : 6 sand) including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 ( 1Cement:6 Sand:12 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm N/S) in cement mortar 1:6 (1Cement:6 Sand) including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Squared rubble masonary coursed with hard stone of approved quality of foundation and plinth including racking out joints in cement mortor 1:6 ( 1Cement : 6 sand) including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying Damp proof course 38mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement 2 sand 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size) at plinth level and curing including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Applying a coat of hot bitumen [mexphalt 80/100 or equivelent using 1.70 kg/sqmtrs on damp proof course after cleanig the surfaces with a piece of cloth lightly soaked with kerosene oil including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing wood work in frames of doors , windows, clerestory windowsand other frames , wrought framed and fixed in position.Second class Deodar wood including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Brick work using common brunt clay building bricks (1st Class) in super structure in cement mortor 1:6 ( 1Cement : 6 sand) including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Prviding 40x3mm flat iron hold fast 40mm long including fixing to frame with 10mm dia mtrs bolts nuts and wooden plug and wooden plug and embending in cement concrete block 30x10x15mm 1:3:6(1cement:3app sand:6app graded stone 3agg. 20mm nominal size.including all leads , lifts and carrige of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30X30X5mm . So as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in, including all leads, lifts for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in, including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

i)Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs,landings and the like floors etc.in all thickness.

Providing and laying of tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including banding, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level including all leads, lift and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.including cost of binding wires.

Providing and fixing man hole cover with frame (Light duty single seal pattern 500 mm internal dia, total weight of cover and frame to be lessthan 23 Kg including all leads,lifts nad carriage of material at site and as directed by the Enegineer in Charge.

Steel work in built up section, trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting and fixing in position and applying a priming coat of read lead paint in grating framed guard bars ladders railing brackets and similar works including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying in trenches G.I. Pipes for Inlet, Out Let and scour pipe ( Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for seprately) including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick /stone masonary for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80-mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6app.sand) including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

6mm cement plaster in ceiling in cement mortar 1:3(1cement:3sand) including all leads lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Applying priming coat over new steel and steel based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter sand papering and knotting: ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink,including all leads, leads, and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and steel based surfaces with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stopping with paint other than white , including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing under layer for plinth protectatin of 75mm thich (Un consolidated) bed of dry brick stone 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidating and grouted with fine sand including preparation of ground including all leads , lifts and carrige of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing plinth protection 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6) 1cement :3sand :6 graded stone agg.20mm nominal size) including finishing the top surface of concrete smooth including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing stone Kharanja drain 45CM wide/i/c 25CM side stone laid in CM 1:6(1cement:6sand) including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

P/F Pressed steel frame doors frame manufactured from commercial mild steel of 1.25 mm thick including hinges jump locke jamp, beed and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50 x 25 mm or base ties of 1.25 mm pressed mild steel welded or regidly fixed together by mechinical means, adjustable lugs with split and tails to each jamp including steel butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with guards, lock strik plate and shock absorber as specified.

Providing and fixing 1 mm thick M.S. sheet garrage door with frame of 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm angle iron 3.15 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete including applying a priming coat of red lead paint including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Repair to plaster in patches of 2.50Sqm.
