Material and labour for repair to pot holes of any depth, any size, including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads/ path etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm and more as per site requirement in depth and making good by applying tack coat of paving bitumen @ of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam binder and chippings) for depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for preparation of black top bituminous surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat of cationic bitumen emulsion RS1 confirming to IS:8887 at a rate of application of 2.5 Kg per 10 Sqm on bituminous surfaces as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for Bituminious premix dense asphaltic concrete 30mm thick (consolidated thickness), pre-mixed, hot mix, with coarse aggregate of grading 2 as per MORT&H specification clause 507, in single layer using paving bitumen (grade VG-30) @ 6% by weight of the total mix as per design mix including supply and mixing of anti stripping agent, warm mix additives (quality,quantity and grade as per approved job mix formula), cleaning and preheating of the mineral aggregate, filler & bitumen to the specific temperature and thoroughly mixing with binder of specified bitumen content and other materials as specified as per mix design in batch type hot mix plant of capacity 100-120 TPH, carrying the hot mixed material by means of tippers, trucks or other approved arrangements, laying the hot premixed material over the prepared surfaces using full width mechanical sensor paver with string sensor rolled and compacted to required gradient and camberand compacted with 8 to12 tonne power vibratory road roller including running expense of all plants and machines, including necassary hand packing and pinning to give an even surface and quality control tests as required as per MORT&H specifications and specified in tender documents, including taking down of existing cat eyes and refixing of cat eyes after laying premix complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) Bituminous premix dense asphaltic concrete shall prepared in central computerised batch type hot mix plant. complete all as specified and as directed. (ii) Design mix shall be got done by the contractor at his own expenses from laboratory as decided by GE, before laying the DAC. (iii) A recovery @ Rs 43.00 per kg shall be made if the bitumen content in design mix is found on lower side but no adjustment shall be made if the bitumen content is found on higher side than specified.
Material and labour for scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 sq m and depth not exceeding 50 mm and disposal of old retrieved material from site complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for premixed, bituminous macadam using 4% binder content of paving bitumen of grade VG-30, by weight of total mix, confirming to Clause 504 of MORT&H specifications, mix prepared in batch type hot mix plant of 100-120 TPH capacity transported to site by tippers or trucks, laid over prepared surfaces using full width mechanical sensor paver with string sensor (consolidated thickness not exceeding 50 mm) rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller to required gradient and camber including running expense of all plants and machines, including necassary hand packing and pinning to give an even surface and quality control tests as required as per MORT&H specifications and specified in tender documents complete all as specified and directed. Note: A recovery @ Rs 43.00 per kg shall be made if the bitumen content in design mix is found on lower side but no adjustment shall be made if the bitumen content is found on higher side than specified.
Material and labour for preparation of unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a prime coat of cationic bitumen emulsion SS1 confirming to IS:8887 at a rate of application of 8.5 Kg per 10 Sqm on surface of WMM/WBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for preparation of existing black top surfaces, removing dust, dirt, grease & other foreign matters etc. to receive the marking and applying hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint (white/yellow) conforming to BS-3262-1989 inclusive type I reflectorising glass beads as per table 800-3, 800-4 of MORT&H applied in uniform thickness of at least 2.5mm and n exc 30cm wide and spread uniformly with reflectorising glass beads type I & II as per Clause 803.4.3 of MORT&H specifications with a road marking machine as per IRC: 35 ,with traffic diversion arrangements if required, complete as per MORT&H specification clause 803.4, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The road marking machine shall be approved by GE.
Supply and fixing in replacement solar cat eye aluminum alloy (100% water proofing design according to IP65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono-Crystalline solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one Ni-Cd rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd (Millicandela) complete as per manufactures instructions ,working time: 3 to 4 days after fully charged battery, view Distance: upto 1000 meters, colour as directed, bearable weight: 10 tonne approx complete all as specified and as directed. Make- Model No DA 110 Dhruv of Dark Eye or equivalent of makes as specified in tender documents.
Supply and fixing in replacement metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 02 Nos 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out PMMA and mounted on 45/50mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in block size 150mm x150mm x300mm complete all as all as specified and as directed.
