Repairs to the Air Handling Unit installed at High Dependency Ward of GMCH, Jammu by way of disconnecting the electrical connections, holding the butterfly valves of chiller pipe line and complete dismantling of the AHU body and blower assemblies, removing the belts from the motor and extracting out motor from the frame/foundation. P/F of new bearings to the blower shaft and assembling the impellers to the shaft. Also complete rewinding of motor-15hp with copper conductor and P/F of new motor bearings in place of damaged ones and assembling the motor after repairs. Shifting the repaired motor back to the site and refitting it to the unit. Job includes replacement of belts in place of damaged one. Repairs to cooling coil by way of leak detection test by holding pressure with nitrogen for 24 hrs, rectification of the leakages and flushing the line. Complete alignment of impellers and shaft, reassembly of the AHU body, tightening the belts and making necessary connections to the motor. Job also includes repairs to control panel by way of replacement of damaged internal wiring, burnt contactors-(MNX-18), control relays (MNX-A2), single phase preventer with new ones, making necessary connections to motor and testing the AHU on no load and full load. Complete job includes cost of material, warranty, labour, to and fro charges, and taxes etc.

Repairs to the 500 KVA oil cooled automatic voltage controlled Servo stabilizer feeding to Chiller plants of GMCH, Jammu by way of disconnecting of all incoming and outgoing electric connections and dismantling of stabilizer by way of unfastening nuts & bolts of top cover. Job includes replacement of servo sensing card-03Nos, trigger transformer-06Nos, reversible synchronous motor-01No, RC network-03Nos, and voltmeter-03Nos. The job includes replacement of burnt internal wiring with new one and proper thimbling & tapping. Making connections of voltage stabilizer on input and output side by connecting the cable. Job also includes servicing of bus-bar by way of providing and fitting of new thimbles in place of burnt/damaged by crimping tool then testing the stabilizer on full load. Reassembling of servo voltage stabilizer, making electrical connections and charging the stabilizer on no load for 6 hours then testing the stabilizer on full load. Job also includes providing & fitting of 1400mm ceiling fan-01No of reputed make with electric connections to dissipate heat from the 500 KVA servo. Complete job includes, cost of material, carriage, service charges, warranty, taxes etc and allied works up to testing.
