M&L for water proofing treatment of sunken floor of toilets having depth 300-450mm as described with following course of applications:- (a) Demolition of concrete of any description not otherwise specifically provided for, or in any type of filling in sunken portion and cleaning the sunken portion including vertical wall surface and removal of debris and rubbish out side MOD land all as directed. (b) 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) with using WPC as per manufacturer's instruction on bottom of sunken portion with proper slope towards spout. (c) Vertical sides of sunken portion shall be plastered 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacture's instruction. Plaster shall be extended over PCC coving when the same is green i.e PCC & plaster be carried out at the same time as directed at site. (d) Cutting holes and making good for Spout of 32 mm bore GI pipe projecting 450 mm from face of outer wall with mosquito proof cap on inner face of pipe. (e) After laying sewage/plumbing pipes with fixtures in position two coats of OMIPLAS EP-101 epoxy compound shall be applied all as directed. (f) Sunken portion shall be tested for leakage/seepage /dampness by ponding with water for 72 hours, in case any defect is noticed the sunken portion shall be grouted with cement slurry mixed with suitable water proofing chemical and tested again. The process shall be repeated till leakage/seepage is eliminated. (g) Filling in the sunken portion shall be measured & paid separately. Note :- Sunken floor area shall be measured & paid for the above works under this item. Nothing extra payment shall be admissible.

Taking down copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items shall be taken as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors with cement mortar 1:4,complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down old sub-main wiring/service wire of any size including wooden batten / PVC Conduit etc and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/ceiling to match with the existing wall/ceiling etc complete all as specified & as directed.
