Supply and Installation of Self driven rock anchor made of 40CR material with outer dia of 32 mm and inner dia of 18.5 mm, Yield Load Carrying Capacity of Minimum 230 KN in soil / overburden rock suitable for drilling placing and cement grouting. Installation with all accessories such as 51 mm dia drill bit, couplers, 10mm thick base plate and nut and boit complete in all respect.
Providing and Installing subsurface drainage pipes - Perforated PVC pipes (lined with Non-Woven Geotextile) of 75 mm internal diameter as per the drawing etc. complete including the cost of drilling and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
COIR MAT: COIR Mats 400 GSM
Supply and fixing of Double Twisted Mesh including all cost of material, labour and T&P required to complete the work in all respect with following properties: a. Mech type 10 x12, Mesh opening 100mm X 120mm b. Mesh Wire dia. 2.7/3.7mm (ID/OD), mechanically edged/selveciged with galvanization as per EN 10223-3, and shall have minimum 10 numbers of mesh openings per metre of mesh perpendicular to twist. c. Tensile strength (500 Mpa) at a minimum elongation of 10%. The minimum tensile strengths of the mesh panel must be 32.0 kN/mm (+-5kN/m) in the parallel to the twist direction and 15.5 kN/R.m in the perpendiculer to the twist direction in accordance with the requirements of IS 16014.2015. d. Zin: Coating: The coating weight shall be heavily coated and soft type confirming to the requirements of specifications 15 4828 1972. Adhesion of Zinc Coating No flakes or crack shal be observed while testing for adhesion of zinc coating as per IS 4826.1972 ID/OD-Intemal diameter/Outer diameter of Polymer coated wire.
Supply and installation of high tensile rolled cable net with singis/ double knot connection having aperture size not more than 300mm in one direction and minimum longitudinal tensile strengtis 220 KN/MA, and punchuring resistance 300 kN, comprising of minimum 10mm dia wire rope cabin with steel cow with a minimum breaking load of 63kN. The tonsils strength of wire of the cable sisould be 1770 N/aqmım having corrosion protection of Zn Coating Clres A or 95% Zn + 5% Ai Claas-B (Gat'an) Coating as per IS/ASO-17748-2016 for treatment of skopes including all cost of material (net, boundary rope & ropa anchor sic comprising of the compitte system), labour, special labour and T& required to complete the work in all respect in accordance with drawings, Technical Specifications and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Product Manufacturer shall have in-house that facility for conducting largitudinal tenalle strength and punchuring resistance test and shall be responsible for canying out both test (longitudinal ensile strength and punchsring resistance) during PDI per lot in presence of respresentative of E+C on his own expenses.

Delinator Supplying and installation of delineators (road way indicators, hazard markers, object markers), 80-100 cm high above ground level, painted black and white in 15 cm wide strips, fitted with 80 x 100 mm rectangular or 75 mm dia circular reflectorised panels at the top, buried or pressed into the ground and conforming toIRC-79 and the drawings.
Studs Providing and fixing of single mould twin shank reflective road studs of ‘category A’ Raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate/ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values shall be as given in the detailed specifications and the product shall conform to ASTM D4280. The raised pavement marker shall also meet all the testing conditions of ASTM D4280 and fixed to the road surface using the adhesive recommended by the manufacturer. Two cylindrical Polymer Shanks of not less than 20 mm diameter and not less than 30 mm length shall be molded in the RPM body. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MORTH circular No RW / NH. 33023/10/ 97-DO.III and the length ,height and width of the body shall not be less than 100 mm, 15 mm and 90 mm and base of marker shall be flat within 1.3 mm and outermost faces of configuration of marker shall not deviate more than 1.3 mm from a flat surface. The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The marker shall withstand flexural strength of 909 kgf force in accordance with ASTM D4280. Marker lenses shall be moulded of Polycarbonate or methyl methecrylate conforming to ASTM D788. The area of each retro reflectory surface shall not be less than 13.0 sq.cm. The slope or retro – reflectory surface shall be 35 + 5 degree to base. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in table 1 of MORTH Section 800 page no. 353 and should accompany two year warranty for satisfactory field performance from the manufacturer.
