Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M & L for coloured non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick ( square / rectangle) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm in floors etc set and set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the work including 15mm thick screed bed in CM ( 1:6) complete all as specfied and directed.

M & L for coloured non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick ( square / rectangle) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm in floors etc set and set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the work including 15mm thick screed bed in CM ( 1:6) complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM ( 1:6) complete all as specfied and directed.

M & L for coloured glazed ceremic tiles in vertical surfaces 450X 350X 7mm thick, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles laid over and including 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including 15 thick screed bed in CM ( 1:6) complete all as specfied and directed.

S&F 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specfied and directed.

M & L for 40 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in sub base to floor tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete type-C-1 block masonary with solid blocks 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) exc. 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified & directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, mass filling , sub base and the like complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates ) as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MCB Distribution board , 240 volts single pole and neutral ,single door, sheet steel, enclosure powder coated with 200Amps rated busbar with neutral link, 2 ways, SPN QVE Serics , fixed on wall duly grouted in solid block wall or on wooden board with electrical connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
