Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation / fixing pole / laying cable and pipe line etc or for man hole etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil all as specified.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in suface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner grith in cement concrete using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitered / stopped and etc complete all as specified and directed (inner grith to be measured only).

M & L for providing precast cement concrete (1:5:8) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) solid building blocks exc 10 cm thick, in width (with plain or inter locking joints as directed) setting in CM 1:6 complete in wall or pillars all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and surface finished even and fair without using extra cement.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and surface finished even and fair without using extra cement.

M&L for preparation of plastered surface of walls including plaster / cornices etc and applying two coats of Acrylic emulsion (exterior weather coat) paint of any tint as approved over one coat of primer applied as per manufacturer's instruction complete.

M&L for prepation of plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of Distemper oil emulsion over one coat of primer, after application of 3mm thick wall care putty all as specified & directed.

M&L for heavy duty/ dura stone vitrified tiles of thickness 10 mm-12mm of size n.exc 0.36 sqm including 15mm thick screed bed and proper matching joint filing all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

S&F false ceiling of 12 mm thick Perforated particle board / tiles of size 600 mm x 600 mm fixed over and including anodised aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) snap grid frame work of T section (main & cross member) of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 1.5 mm thick in square pattern of grid size 600mm X 600mm . The aluminium frame work will be supported on side wall with the use of aluminium 'L' section of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 1.5 angles etc. Snap grid shall be supported with hangers of 4 mm dia. Galvanised iron wire adjusting level fixed to roof slabs / truss etc by means of ceiling cleats made out of Galvanised iron flat of size 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia 40 mm long, including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of curve type and any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S&F joist channel angle, tee section, MS pipe, MS square tube ,bars , MS plate fixed in purlin rafter cleat, support etc incl welding, riveting etc conf to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fix hot dip galvanised mild steel section for post and struts for fencing including cutting top to shape as directed drilling hole notching for wire etc.or flat iron fillet (for securing wire mesh etc)including all necessary drilling bolting, using steel section of grade E-165 ( Fe-290)complete.

Supply only chain link fencing made out of mild steel galvanised wire, conforming to IS 2721 all as specified & directed. Note:- Fixing only fencing will be measured and paid separately.

Material & Labour for sub main wiring with 2 run single core multistranded copper conductor cable, of size 4.0 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, fire retardant, low smoke (FRLS) drawn through and including PVC capping & casing not less than 25 mm wide with all necessary fitting and including one run single core multistranded copper conductor cable, of size 4.00 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, fire retardant low smoke as earth wire, fixed on wall / ceiling complete. Note: 2 Runs of main cable and one run earth wire with capping & casing will be measured as one RM for payment.
