Applying Birla white care putty over plaster surface after throughly brushing the surface free from morter drops.dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papering smooth to give final finish to the surface complete including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying a priming coat with cement primer on concrete/masonry/asbestos cement/plaster surface after and including prepraring the surface thoroughly cleaning oil,grease,dirt and other foreign matter,sand papering as required including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering (Two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth priming coat with distemper primer upto floor all level including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall with weather proof exteriior grade emulsion of approved design (apexultima ) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dir, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two costs (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt,dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stoping including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing glass panes with putty and nails including removal of broken glass panes wherever necessary Plain Glass 4(four) mm thick including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing panelled glazed of panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws complete 40mm(forty milimetre) thick 2nd class deodar wood including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials completeas per entire satisfaction of the Engineer.

Providing and fixing 2nd class deodar wood 40mm (forty milimetre) thick wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85 (eighty five grame) G. with wire of dia 0.56 (zero point fifty six metres) )mm for doors windows including bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat)on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brusing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface all dirt,dust and other foreign matter With white ready mixed paint including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

15mm (fifteen millimetre) cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/stone wall for interior plastering upto floor all level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angle in all girth & finished even & smooth on rough side with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement is to six sand) upto all floor level including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement is to two Sand is to four graded stone aggregate 20 (twenty)mm nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work upto all floor level including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
