M&L for replacement of single run of PVC FRLS insulated 1100Volt grade rounded twin core sheathed copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm drawn through with rigid PVC/Steel conduit of 25mm dia fixed on wall /ceiling, 0.75mm dia copper earth continuity conductor to common earth and connected earth dolly including connecting with ionisation type smoke detector and fire alarm junction box complete with testing after the connection has made all as per specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note- PVC conduit shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, installation,commissioning and testing for replacement of Main control of 12 zonal panel confirming to IS 2119 and totally enclosed dust and vermin proof and shall be completely solid state design on wall /floor mounting made out of 16 gauge(1.6mm thick) MS sheet& MS frame consist of followoing : (a) Visual and audio indication of fire for each zone indpendently. (b) Provision to sound all the sirens when fire breake out. (c ) Visual indication for clear healthy & fault less circuit (d) Facility to indicate failure of indicating lamps of the circuit by visual & audio alarm different from fire alarm. (e) Facility for switching off of VRF AC plant to prevent spread of smoke including provn of necessary relays wiring for control etc. (f) Battery unit of supply 24 volts DC to system with acumulator of suitable capacity and automatic charging arrangement on AC and complete with Voltmeter and Ammetter etc of suitable ranges and battery charger (02 Nos of battery of 12volt 7 AH) complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in- charge.

Supply,installation,commissioning and testing for replacement of 08 Zonal fire alarm panel including complete connections with master control panel all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply,installation,commissioning and testing for replacement of 04 Zonal fire alarm panel including complete connections with master control panel all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply,installation,commissioning and testing for replacement of 02 Zonal fire alarm panel including complete connections with master control panel all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacment of Rigid non metallic PVC conduict exclusive of boxes but included of all tees, bends,elbow, reducers, bell mouth tubes ends and fixing accessories such as couplers lock nuts saddles pipe hooks etc of 25mm dia all as specified and directed by engr-in charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement dual smoke detector of solid state design with dual ionisation chamber solid radio active sense response indicator lamps mounting base and Junction box for fixing etc all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement Response Indicator unit of size 90mmx65mmx50mm all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement Addressable Manual call point(resettable type) 145mmx90mmx50mm all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing installing and commissiong and testing of fire alarm detector junction box closed recessed type MS of size 150x150x50 mm complete with copper bus bar and terminals complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

S&F Break glass unit Rectangular in shape of size 145 mm x 90 mm glass of 3 mm thick complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge

Supply fixing ,commsioning and testing of Fire alarm Siren/sounder system box all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 12 V 7 AH Battery complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : Exide /Amaron/Panasonic.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in deep for laying of cable etc, and getting out in any type of soil including stone putty etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M/L for Armoured Copper Control Cable 30 Core 2.5 sqmm for repeater Panel 12 Zone all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make:-Havells/Polycab/Gloster

Supply & laying steel Tubing galvanized medium grade (ISI Marked) 100 mm bore with all fittings ISI marked laid in trenches all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting/ chassing or Boring as required in hard standing/PCC / Road exceeding 10 Cm girth for concealed to GI tubing and making good to disturbed surface with cement mortar 1:3 to match with existing surfaces including facing/finishing where as required or as directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for sand cushioning to cable with tibba sand and punning to provide required cover complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- For the purpose of payment only punned thickness will be measured).

Supply & laying 40 to 50mm thick roughly hammer dressed Jodhpur stone patti cable cover 25cm to 30cm wide and n. exc 60cm long each laid dry abutting with each other with maximum gap between adjacent slabs n.ex 10mm complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for repairs to internal wiring of 2/4 zonal fire alarm panel with new connection to motherboard ,indicating lamps,LCD screen including connection and testing of 2/4 zonal fire alarm panel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Over hauling/maint/repairs to flame proof EOT crane 2.0 Ton capacity on gantry SWL, floor/ cabin operated of Make :Ambika Cranes are as under:-

(a) Dismantling and taking down all major assy of crane such as longitudinal travel system assy, cross system travel assy, Hoisting system assy, except track if required from gantry for repair/replacement unserviceable spares. The repaires compromising the following shall be carried at :- (i) Cleaning, checking, repairing/servicing and setting of electromagnetic breaking system. (ii) De-rusting, cleaning, drying of all travel tracks incl removing splashed oil, birds waste, cheking and setting right allingement including tightning of all foundation bolts and providing one extra lock nuts to each bolts all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. (iii) Inspection, check and setting rights, cross travel trolly, cross travel motor, long travel motor, hoisting motors, gear box systems, including providing grease of proper grade/viscocity including worn out spares as required. (iv) Checking/greasing setting right bearing, bushes, hoisting pully steel rope drum, rope guide etc including replacement of worn out spares. (v) Inspection check and setting right of electric control system including wiring of panel/pandent control board including redressing the wires/cables. (vi) Repair/replacement of all other misc items necessary for safe and satisfactory function of crans incl replacement of worn out spares all as directed and required at site. (vii) Reassembling all part of cranes and remounting on gantry/track as originaly fitted including replacement of worn out nuts, bolts washers split pins,keys,thimble,gasket, pinion, etc complete with lubricants of all moving parts with proper lubricants all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE :- (I) Cost of new spares parts which ever reqd to be measured and paid separately under item 49 except nuts, bolts, washers, screws, split pins, rebates, keays, thimbles, gaskets, pinion, all kinds of lubricants (except gear oil), copper wire etc. Cost of which are deemed to included in rate quoted.
