Materials & labour in repairs for XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 240 sq. mm 3.5 core. Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay in repairs High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of size 100 mm bore of PN10 with fittings include for jointing and jointing materials fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil and getting out all as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil all as directed.

Removing excavated soil n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed.

M&L for providing dry river sand as in sand cushioning to under ground PVC cable including punning down of sand in layer all as specified and directed. (Note: Work shall be executed as per clause 19.75 of standard schedule of rates part-1 (2009) for measurement purpose thickness of sand after punning down will be considered.)

Supply & laying ISI marked & conforming to IS - 5820 - 1970 unreinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV , Type I , flat size 250 mm X 150 mm X 40 mm in trenches as protection to LT UG cable all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Copper strip 20 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. complete fixed to wall / ceiling in any position or any other situation for loop earthing etc. and including epoxy insulators with necessary fixture complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement for provision of earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground connected to galvanised mild steel strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized steel, watering pipe of 20 mm bore galvanised iron medium grade and 40 mm bore galvanised iron light grade for earth strip protection including.....

.....all excavation, earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and RCC 1:2:4, type B1 for precast chamber cover 50 mm thick, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali (weight not less than 4.00 Kg / sqm), with charcoal, salt, funnel complete all as shown in the electrical plate No 3 of SSR part –I and testing on completion. Note:- Cutting chasing wherever required for concealed wiring will be measured & paid separately.

Note: 2 Runs of main cable and one run earth wire including cassing capping will be measured as one unit for payment.

S&F 25mm dia bore, GI Pipe heavy duty for fixing on wall & buried in ground complete or fixed in position suitable for pneumatic pipe line all as specified and as directed by Engg-in-Charge.

S&F SS half cock ball valve 25mm, with SS handle, screwed both ends for Air/Steel pipe complete fixed in position all as specified and directed.

Taking electrical shut-down and dismantling LT feeder pillar of any size capacity and refixing & testing the same as directed at new location within 50 Mtr. Note:- Quoted rate included the fallowing:- (i) Transportation, Loading & Unloading is included. (ii) Additional Angle iron of size 50x50x6 mm for mounting feeder pillar is included. (iii) PCC works (1:2:4) is include. (iv) Contractor should ensure that LT feeder Pillar should be fixed at new location upto 1.2 mtr above ground level. (v) Two coats of synthetic enamel paints of grey colour (Duly spray paintings) internally & externally is included. (vi) All welding work, including necessary hings, door handles all included in the rate quoted by the contractor.

Supply, jointing connecting and testing, straight through joint, epoxy based complete with jointing material and all standard accessories suitable for XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor cable, LT 1100 Volts, aluminium conductor of 2 core 16 sqmm to 35 sqmm or 3core 16 to 25 or 4 core 10 to 16 sqmm. all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fix Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size of 75 mm x 75 mm x 25 mm drilled and screwed with 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal headed screw, fixed in SMC junction box , fixed on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : Supply and fix of SMC junction box of dimension (170x170x105)mm,shall be included in the quoted rate.
