M & L repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in road, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, but making good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 Sqm, blined with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well remmed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipings) depth of potholes exc 30mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n.exc 400 Sqm and exc 50mm and n exc 100mm deep all as directed.

M & L for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with Granite, trap or Basalt coares aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) , spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with 8 to 12 tone power roller complete all as specified.

Preparing unsurfaced WBM surfaces by brushing with hard wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and for applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer of paving bitumen (VG-10) 10 Kg/10 Sqm of road surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with hard wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer of paving bitumen (VG-10) @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm of road surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for premix bituminous macadam laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 50mm) with 8 to 12 tonne power roller with binder content paving bitumen 4% by weight of total mix all as specified, laid with paver machine and mixing in hot mix plant all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing bituminous premixed semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen of grading VG-10, rolled with 8 to 10 tone power roller using mechanical paver complete all as specified and directed.

Applying thermoplastic reflective paint as in roads marking of min 2.5mm thick signle coat as in marking of 100/150 width using HOT mark thermoplastic paint (HOT APPLICATION) white or golden yellow by indigenous morden properly road marking machine as direcrted including all ingradient such as binder glass shall titanium dioxide calcium corbonate inter filler thermoplastic required for galss beads complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor or similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in benching, coping & similar work including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine pressed precast cement concrete inter locking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60 mm thick M-35 grade laid over and including 30 mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 100x100x25mm road stud cat eye made of aluminium moulded two Nos reflectors in red/ yellow/ white fixed on two sides for maximum ratro reflection of approved make complete all as specified and directed. (Make : APEX/ ALCOLITE/ AVERY DENNISON).

S & F in repairs 133x123x25mm two way solar power LED reflector (03 Nos each) road studs made of aluminium in red/ yellow/ white of approved quality complete all as specified and directed. (Make : APEX/ AVERY/ ALCOLITE).
