Providing and laying concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundation1:4:8 (One cement: Four sand :Eight graded cursed/broken stone aggregate 25mm (twenty five millimeters) nominal size, mechanically mixed as per drawing & MORD technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 in retaining walls, breast walls,including centring & shuttering including carriage of materials through all modes of transportion with in all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1 : 2.5 : 5 ( One cement : two & half sand : five crushed stone aggregate 40mm ( forty milimeter ) nominal size ) for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing & technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 , ( Plain cement concrete Grade M-15 ) including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts & other incidential complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry/ plain/ reinforced concrete abutment, wing walls/ return wall with 100mm ( one hundred milimeter ) dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structuire with slope of 1 V : 20 H ( One vertical retio twenty horizontial ) towards drawing face complete as per drawing & Technical Specification including haulage of materials in all leads, lifts & other incidential complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Back filling behind abutment, wing walls & return walls complete as per drawing & Technical Specification 1204.3.8, Granulau materials including haulage of materials in all leads, lifts & other incidential complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, Spreading & compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 ( eighty to one hundred ) KN in stages to proper grade & camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering & compacting to the required density grading-1 ( One ) as per Technical Specification clause 405 including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts & other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, Spreading & compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 ( eighty to one hundred ) KN in stages to proper grade & camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering & compacting to the required density grading-2 ( Two ) as per Technical Specification clause 405 including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts & other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface & spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 Kg ( Zero point seven zero to one point zero kilogram per square metre ) using mechanical means as per Technical Specification clause 502, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts & other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion ( RS-I ) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 Kg per Sqmt (Zero point two zero to zero point two five kilograme per Square metre ) on the prepared surface dry & honary bitumen surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification clause 503, using mechanical means including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts & other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying & rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm ( twenty milimeter ) thickness composed of 13.2 mm ( thirteen decimal two milimetre ) to 5.6 mm ( five decimal six milimeter ) aggregate either using penetration grade bitumen/VG-10(ten) grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade & level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant. laying & rolling with a three wheel 80-100(eighty to ine hundred ) KN static roller capcaity, finished to required level & grades to be followed by seal coat of Type-B as per Technical Specification clause 508 ( five hundred eight ), by mechanical means using bitumen ( S-90 )(ninety )/VG-10 ( ten ) grade bitumen including haulage of materials in all leads, lifts & other incidential complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying seal coat, sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade & cross fall using Type-B as per Technical Specification clause 510 ( five hundred ten ), by mechanical means using bitumen ( S-90 )(ninety )/VG-10 ( ten ) grade bitumen including haulage of materials in all leads, lifts & other incidential complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
