Design supply installation testing and commissioning of MS pipe 8" (200 mm nominal Dia.) Confirming to IS: 3589-2001 fitted with flanges min 16 mm thickness. Job includes, providing of carbon steel nuts & bolts with washer, and 3mm corksheet gasket of flange size (best suited for high pressure leak proof joints), long radius bends, reducers required as per site conditions. Construction of Anchor Block

Construction of PCC Anchor block(As per Annexure ‘E’) of size 2’ x 2’ x 4’ using (1:2:4)mix @20 feet c/c. Job includes cost of material, labour, shuttering, tools and tackles etc. The job also includes fixing of 02Nos. 6mm ms clamp with suitable anchor bolt /nuts to fasten the Pipe on the anchor block. Block size = 2x 2 x 4 = 0.45Cum For 280 blocks = 0.45 x 280 =126 Cum

Construction of RCC Anchor block (As per Annexure E) using (1:2:4) mix. Job includes cost of materials, including straightening, bending, cutting and placing position, binding all reinforcement, earth excavation, centering shuttering and removal of farm work, carriage charges complete to be constructed as per site requirement Total Quantity = 10 blocks
