S&F in repair of 4mm thick designer board false ceiling with powder coated GI snap grid frame work of grid size 600 x 600 mm complete all as specified and as directed including all necessary drilling and necessary arrangement to fix including the following items as under:- (a) 27x27x0.55 mm thick GI angle powder coated duly plugged @ 600mm centre to centre alongwith perimeter of wall. (b) 25x25x0.55 mm thick GI tee powder coated as main and cross runners suspended with 1.6mm dia GI wire suspenders (n.exe 1.2 mtr length) with adjustable clamps and dash true fastners plugging in RCC slab/wooden truss/Angle Iron runner of slopped roof placed @ 600mm centre to centre from perimeter of wall. (c) Supply & Fixing of 4mm thick non asbestos cement designer board of approved texture and finished complete. Note: The complete ceiling work shall be done as per manufactures instruction and as directed.

S&F in repair of POP seamless false ceiling with powder coated GI snap grid frame work complete all as specified and as directed including all necessary drilling and necessary arrangement to fix items as under :- (a) Perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleevs and screws450 mm c/c intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit including ceiling section of 0.55 mm thick having curled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to intermediate channel 1.6mm dia GI wire suspenders (n.exe 1.2 mtr length) with adjustable clamps and dash true fastners plugging in RCC slab/wooden truss/Angle Iron runnder of slopped roof placed @ 600mm centre to centre from perimeter of wall. (b) Fixing of calcium silicate ceiling made out of 1800mm x 1200mm x 12mm, 1200mm x 1200mm x 12mm thick fixed to ceiling section with 25mm long self drilling and tapping screws complete. Note: The complete ceiling work shall be done as per manufactures instruction and as directed.

S&F in repair solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick single side prelam wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work as in cupboard door/shelves/wall paneling including 6 mm thick wooden lipping and dismantling of old boarding complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The cost is including polishing to wood surfaces.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) including existing treatment of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) Type C-2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection including finishing the concrete surface even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified. Note: The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for providing the concrete in alternate bays n exc 3 mtr long with 12 mm wide and 50 mm deep joint between the bays which shall be filled with mastic filling with hot bitumen 85/25 and 1:2 mix by volume.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles of size 400x400x7mm thick in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc including 15mm thick screed bed bedding layer in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for non skid coloured ceramic floor tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but n exc 0.38 sqm, in floor etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface with 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 300 x 450mm size glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface not less than 7 to 8 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry laid over 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles of light shade 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles as in floor and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles of light shade 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 Sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles as in floor and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick prepolished chequered tiles of size 300 x 300 mm set and jointed in neat cement slurry including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with mixture of pigments to match with the colour of tiles including demolition of existing floor tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 80 mm thick precast concrete polished coloured interlocking paver block with grery cement and pigment, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-40 Grade including dismantling of old paver blocks complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning under interlocking paver blocks complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Sand cushioning will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

M&L for granite work 18-20 mm thick table rubbed and polished as in top of kitchen slab over 15 mm thick cement screed bed cement mortar 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rounding to edge of stone, Granite slab, kota stone slab one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 2 nd class hardwood boarding in floors planed one side with butt joints and fixed with nails complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair powder coated aluminium window sliding type three track (one gauge and two glazed shutter) aluminium sections weighing not less than 0.55 Kg per mtr for shutter and aluminium sections weighing not less than 1.67 Kg per mtr for frame including necessary jointing cleats, glazing cleats, rubber packing, screws, handle, locking arrangement etc complete including 4 mm thick tinted glass and stainless steel mosquito proof gauge and taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing in repair powder coated anodised aluminium frame (sections weighting not less than 1.40 kg/mtr) made of Square/tubular Aluminium section for door with one or more rebates jointing cleat for fixing etc and provision of aluminium door shutter (Single/Double shutter) including necessary jointing cleats glazing clips, rubber gasket aluminium anodised snap beading, screws, hold fast, Aluminium hinges 3Nos 100mm long for each shutter, floor stopper, locking arrangements handle 4 mm thick tinted glass fixed in panels complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made pressed steel windows of standard size and section as shown on HQ CE Siliguri Zone Drg No CESZ/2018/TD-07, Sheet 1/3 to 3/3 with double shutter i.e glazed & wire gauged shutter including all fittings and fixture like MS hold fast, box hinges, handles, MS tower bolts, stoppers, MS guard bar/grill etc complete including one shop coat of anti corrosive zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (a) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be including of all fittings fixtures . (b) Glass, wire mesh MS guard bar/grill and painting shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.
