Schedule 'A' Part-I (B/R itmes) Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete, all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for rough cast plaster complete as specified in SSR Part-I, clause 14.22 shall consisting of following:- firstly apply under coat in cement mortar 1:4 not less than 10 mm thick and while still it is in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine stone aggregate of size between 6 to 12 mm as per the texture required mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for preparation of Old plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls, chajjas, roof projection, etc. and applying one coat of cement base paint complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
