Repair, replacement of old filter media and other connected at Charri Camp under AGE (I) Dharamshala

Periodical cleaning of filter bed (filter bed size 14.6 X 6.60 X 3.0M) chamber by draining/pumping out the water, removing the sludge and cleaning by scrubbing thoroughly with wire brushes, bleaching powder, taking out the sand and gravel layers complete if required, including alternate arrangement for bypass connection from receiving point to clean water sump without disturbing the water supply for charri camp all as directed. Note (i) Replacement of filter media will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fill old filter media (HCL free river sand) of size 1.5mm to 5mm dia complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (a) Filter media sand shall be collected from the nearest river

Supply and fill filter media (gravels) of size 05 to 10mm ,10 to 20mm and 20 to 30mm dia in different layers complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing the old filter media such as sand and gravels to s distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exc 30cm complete all as specified and directed.

Periodical cleaning of clear water sump of size 5 mtr x 5 mtr x 4 mtr by drain out the water and clean with bleaching powder complete complete all as directed.

Supply and lay burnt bricks for for laying at filter bed all as specified.

M&L for rendring 10mm thick on fair faces of bricks or concrete surface (inside water supply filteration bed) using water proffing compund (WPC measured to be seperatly under respect item) in CM 1:3 including removal of old plaster and finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified

Liquid water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement CI sluice valve of size 100mm dia confirming to IS -14846 PN-1.0 non raising type both ends flanged with SS spindle including jointing materials such as nuts, bolts washers and 3mm rubber gasket 02 Nos complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Kirloskar/Upadhaya/Leader

M & L for taking up or down from trenches old CI/GI Pipe including fittings and branch connections if any for cleaning and refixing or removal for further disposal to issued to contractor for sch of credit size 100mm dia CI/GI Pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in walls/ceilings/floors GI pipe medium grade (ISI Marked) including fittings such as bends, elbows, union, socket etc.. of size 100mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for MS flange heavy duty, 12 mm thick suitable for 100 mm dia GI pipe including all necessary rubber gasket , nuts & bolts etc welding or securing properly with pipe by any suitable means complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning away all grass, vegetation bushes, wood under growth roots of trees and removing of rubbish, 60 cm width both side of pipe line from water supply collection point to pump house complete all as specified and directed.
