Supplying and fixing in position of cut stone of size 0.45m x 0.45m x 0.15m set in CM 1:3(One part cement and three part sand) at bottom of inlet pipe inside the Sump the suitable size and as directed by the Department Officers.
Providing and fixing RCC inside access ladder of approved pattern and design in RCC M30 design mix of ISS gauge 0.40m width, 0.10m thickness, 0.12m breadth for side post, 0.05m thickness 0.12m breadth for steps with suitable inclination including cost of cement, reinforcement centering, finishing, curing etc., complete and as directed by Department Officers.
Construction of RCC Spiral stair case in RCC M30 design mix concrete of 1.80m dia of required height for approach to the roof of Service Reservoir with RCC hand rails as per type design including necessary earth work excavation in various classification of soils met with at the site of work for providing foundation concrete in CC 1:4:8 mix, RCC footing M30 mix, GL platform etc., including cost of steel reinforcement, fabrication charges, scaffolding, centering precasting charges, cement painting the surfaces etc.,complete and as directed by the Department Officers. The staircase shall be braced to the column of Service Reservoir at suitable interval (Height is mentioned from GL to roof slab)
Supply and fixing of M30 design mix RCC hand rails of 0.9m height over the top of the roof slab of approved pattern and design including the cost of cement, reinforcement, centering, precasting, finishing, curing cement painting the surfaces etc., complete and as directed by the Department Officers
Supply, delivery and fixing in position of CI manhole of size 0.60 m x 0.60 m including locking arrangement, cost of materials etc. complete and as directed by the Dept. officers.
Supply and fixing in position ventilator of reinforcement cement concrete RCC M30 design mix 50 CM wide/diametre of approved pattern and design including cost of cement, reinforcement centering, shuttering, strutting, curing and fixing in position on the roof slab with mosquito proof net arrangement etc., complete. and as directed by the Department Officers.
Supply, delivery and fixing in position of water level indicator with float of approved pattern for inner and outer compartments including cost of materials etc. and as directed by the Dept. officers.
Refilling with excavated earth other than crushed stone sand with an initial head load of 100 mts. and depositing the earth as shown by the departmental officers in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, watered and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification
Labour charges for Painting Townpanchayt Emblem in accordance with the size and specifications as approved by the Board on the Service Reservoirs including cost of all consumables, one coat of base paint, scaffolding charges including painting NRDWP Logo on the Service Reservoirs.
Providing pipe connection by lifting pipes and specials in vertical direction and placing the same for required alignment including lifting the pipes and specials in various heights of inlet, outlet, overflow and scour including earthwork excavation conveying the pipe and specials into the trenches, laying to proper grade and alignment cutting, threading and jointing with jointing materials with required specification including labour charges and supply of valves pipes, specials MS Clamps to fix the pipes with the columns including all taxes duties and connected charges etc. complete and taxes duties and connected charges etc. complete and as directed by Engineer in charge.
