Outsourcing of patrolling vessels for the enforcement of the Maharashtra Marine Fishing Regulation (Amendment) Act, 2021 (RAIGAD)

1) Length of vessel- at least 12.0 m. 2) Width of vessel- at least 4.0 m. 3) Speed of vessel- at least 20 knots (or more) i.e. not less than 20 knots. 4) Cabin- at least 100 sq.ft. accommodating at least 10 to 12 persons. minimum berth space 3+3 5) Seating arrangement- at least 10 to 12 person 6) Toilet arrangement- 01 7) First Aid/ Medical equipment- 01 8) Life-saving appliances: a) Ring buoy- at least 08 b) Floating raft- at least 08 person capacity c) Life Jacket- at least 08 9) On-board surveillance equipment: a) Walkie-Talkie (two way communication V.H.F.)- 01 b) GPS- 01 c) AIS-VTS- 01 d) CCTV- 02 e) Echo Sounder -01, f) RADAR-01 g) Drone- 01 10) Other equipment: Electric Lights, Search Lights, Signals, Alarms, Marine & Night vision Binoculars, all well-equipped Fire Extinguishers. Generators or battery for providing electricity to all the electrical appliances on board the patrolling vessel. (If the patrolling activity is undergone for a distance more than 1250 nautical miles in a period of 25 days, the extra rent will be paid by calculating the day based on the distance covered by the patrolling vessels assuming a distance of 50 nautical miles per day and 6 hours of patrolling. Also, rent will be paid on the same basis for shorter distances covered by patrolling vessels)
