Excavation of trial pit (3Mx1M,Depth up to 3M)for fixing of pumping main lines etc,taking every precaution against damage of SW pipe line,electrical cables,gas main,sewer line,telephone cables etc as under ground obstruction including 3.75 mm thick timber shoring,earth cutting dewatering,barricading and again back filling etc as per direction of the Engineer In charge

Labour for taking out old soling including removing debris to flank or berm, sorting out serviceable material and staking. a) Single Flat Soling

Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m (a) Up to 150mm thick

All types of CI specials (viz. Bend, Tee, Taper, Tail piece, Collar etc. size conforming to IS specification 1538:1993 a) socket & spigot end i) 80mm to 300mm

Supplying HDPE (Materials grade PE-100) pipes conforming to IS 4984- 1995 with latest revision & amendments if any with necessary HDPE specials (excluding cost of CIDF valves) including labour charges for earth work in excavation in any kind of soil including mixed soil with boulder,road sub-grade and aits flank but excluding moorum laterite or sand stone / hard rock cutting with chisel required including cutting road flank/ brick pavement etc. without damaging the exisiting telephone/electrical cable line etc.(in case of damage of any type of cable line by the agency at the time of execution necessary damage charge as applicable by the respective authority will have to be brone by the agency at his own cost)upto the depth (av.) so as to maintain 1.10m.earth cushion from top of the pipe upto G.L. including loading unloading carrying lowering laying fitting fixing carefully pipes, valves and specials with the all types of jointing materials in trenches maintaining proper levels and alignment jointing the pipes and specials by butt welding/ adopting suitable method (But weld jointing with help of hydraulic tack and trimming machines, Hitter etc. for reaching at necessary melting point of HDPE pipe so that joint can be monolithic) so as to facilitate the maintenance of pipe line locally as per conventional method in future. Laying of pipe line including cost of pipe, fittings/specials & valves.(110 mm OD)

Detachable joints to A.C./PVC Pipes including supply of Rubber Gaskets, Nuts, Bolts etc. of best quality to make the joint water tight at required Hydraulic pressure all complete as per specification and direction of E.I.C 100 mm

Labour for detacheable joints to AC/PVC pipes to make the joint water tight at required hydraulic pressure all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 100 mm

Filling in fondation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150mm as directed and consolidating same by thorough saturation with water raming complete including the cost of supply of sand(Payment to be made on measurement of finish quantity)

Dewatering by pumps including all leads. lifts and making all arrangement of dispisal where continuous flow of water from a source other than natural or ground water is encountered in case of emergency maintenance works related to leakage. breakage and making wet connections. [Note:- In case of any other situation demanding such emergency dewatering use of this item is to be apporved by the Superintending Engineer/Tender Accepting Authority. This item shall be executed on the specific direction duly supported by proper clarification of the E.I.C.who will be satisfied in absolute discretion that such work has not been necessitated due to any natural source of water or any fault of the Contractor]

Disinfection of water main by filling with water containing bleaching powder of sufficient quantity capable of maintaining a resudiual chlorine concentration of 10mg/1 within the main after a detention period of two hours and flushing the same with fresh water all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge{After successful completiion of the process disposal of water and bacteriological testing of sample of flushed out water from the mains shall be made at no extra cost] 100 mm
