Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) and its Operation for the period of One year w.e.f. 01/05/2025 to 30/04/2026 for 200 KLD STP & ETP installed at Govt. Bone & Joint Hospital Jammu by way of day to day/Preventive Maintenance and Monthly routine checkup and over hauling of rotating equipment with complete inspection of overhauling of plant operation and maintenance basis. The job also includes repair and replacement of damaged part , if any during the CAMC Period and the cost of repair and replacement of any defective part of the plant will be borne by the Service Provider during the CAMC period. The Monthly Maintenance includes. • Check all pipes & valves connections are free from leaks, tighten flanges renew gaskets as necessary. • Check all valves for satisfactory operations. • Inspect all tanks and associated pipe work externally for damage and distortion. • Check through sight glasses levels of filling individually tanks. • Ensure that tanks vents are clear from any obstruction. • Check security of all instrument connections and ensure all electrical connections are clean. • Ensure all rotating equipment are checked as per manufacturer’s instructions and inspect critically for any abnormality in operation Make up/replace lubricant as required. • Ensure assess ladder, platform are clear and fasteners are tight. • Check the pipes for any undue vibrations etc. • Check that all the instruments are functioning properly. • Management information system required. • Check all strainers for choking. MAINTENANCE EQUIPMENT COVERED IN CAMC Maintenance of vessels, tanks, tank internals, pipe lines & instrument panel. Moreover in addition to above following chemicals are required for monthly consumption for smooth functioning of STP & ETP 200 KLD which includes Hypochlorite (10%)-90 litres, EM Solution-10 litres, Poly Electrolite-20Kg, Alum-35 Kg, Lime-25 Kg, NaOH-60 litres. The Job includes providing and supplying of filter media from time to time for smooth functioning of plant. The Job also includes clearance of sewage/effluent pipes from septic tank to Plant for free flow of fluid. Also Submit the Monthly Analytic/Service Report about the functioning of the System to the concerned AEE. The job also includes deployment of two Operators in Morning & Evening shift in order to keep the plant in smooth working condition, Final effluent Testing from certified Agency of Pollution Control Board of UT of J&K. Complete job including cost of material, all type of labour charges, carriage and all kind of taxes thereof.
