(A) Protection Work

Excavation in foundation for retaining, breast walls etc, in all types of soils and rocks including all lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as per direction of engineer - in - charge, as per drawing and technical specifications.

Providing concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications (M15)

Providing concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications. R.C.C. grade M 25

Random Rubble Stone Masonry laid in 1:6 cement and sand mortar, in breast walls, retaining walls, parapets, scuppers, etc. including supply of all material, labour, T&P and royalty etc. complete as per drawing and technical specifications

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/ Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H Complete as per drawing and Technical specifications (Note: 1. In case of stone masonry, the size of the weep hole shall be 150 mm x 80 mm or circular with 150 mm diameter.)

Providing and laying of wire crates 3.00x1.50x1.50 in size with GI wire conforming to IS: 280 & IS:4826 in 150mm x 150mm mesh laid with stone boulders. as per direction of Engineer-in- charge & technical specifications.

Supplying, fitting and placing TMT bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing in concrete work (as per Dowel bar) I/C supply of steel with wastage & cost of cutting and placing in construction joints of vertical bend as directed by Engineer-In-Charge & technical specifications.

(B) ROAD PAVEMENT WORK

Providing concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications (M15) & as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Construction of Gravel/ Soil Aggregate Sub-base/ Base by providing well graded material of nominal maximum size grading 40 mm as per Table 2.3 of IRC SP 77-2008, spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount appropriate grading arrangements on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC with tractor mount appropriate rotavator attachment and compaction with three wheel 80-100 kN Static Roller capacity to achieve the desired density complete as per specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Gravel/Soil Aggregate Base/ Sub-base Nominal Maximum size Grading 20 mm (Table 2.3 of IRC SP 77-2008) Construction of Gravel/ Soil Aggregate Sub-base/ Base by providing well graded material of nominal maximum size grading 20 mm as per Table 2.3 of IRC SP 77-2008, spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount appropriate grading arrangements on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC with tractor mount appropriate rotavator attachment and compaction with three wheel 80-100 kN Static Roller capacity to achieve the desired density complete as per specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cement Concrete (PCC M-30) Pavement:-Construction of Un-reinforced, Cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type PCC Grade M-30, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (Steel channel, laying and fixing of wedges, steel plates including leveling the formwork and laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, and plate vibrators, finished in continuous operation and curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, using curing compound where specified and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawings and technical specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Laying Reinforced Cement Concrete Pipe NP3 as per design in Single Row Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets. 1200 mm dia. As per technical specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Laying Reinforced Cement Concrete Pipe NP3 as per design in Single Row Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets. 1000 mm dia. As per technical specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 20 mm thick compressible fiber board/ bitumin board in expansion joint complete as per drawing and technical specifications & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and filling joint sealing compound as per drawings and technical specifications with coarse sand and 6 percent bitumen by weight, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

White washing two coats on parapet walls and tree trunks including preparation of surface by cleaning scraping etc. as per technical specifications & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement plaster 15 mm thick 1:4 on stone masonry, as per technical specification & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
