12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar consisting of one part of cement and four part of sand of 1.25 F.M. Minimum thickness not less than 10 mm including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc.required for proper completion of work.As per SI No-584.

R.C.C. in 1:2:4 cement C.sand & 20mm dalla stone grite with proper completion of work in cover as per SI No -283

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. DSR 5.22.6

P/L 350 mm dia RCC hume pipe NP-3 including collars/spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement in 1:2 including testing of joints.

Providing and laying non-pressure NP3 class (light duty) R.C.C. pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete : DSR 19.6.4 only labour
